Staff is always rude. 3 visits in one month, a problem each time. 1. We ordered curbside and did NOT check in. I guess since we... drove by the restaurant it automatically checked us in with geo tracking. The kid that came out lectured us on boy prematurelyhitting the ?I?m here? button and we didn?t even click it. 2. We ordered a baguette and no side was in the bag 3. Manager wasvery rude about a miscommunication on pick up method. We apologized if we clicked the wrong method and he was so rude about it.He had attitude and threw the bag around all bothered. On top of that, they gave us chips when our order clearly said abaguette. Read more

If I could give it zero stars, I would. We walked in and the first thing we see is every booth and table covered in old plates... of food and trash all over the floors. We had to clean our own table and chair since employees were never available. The foodordering process was terrible as we had never been here before. After ordering for ourselves through the tablet, we were a bitconfused as to how we were going to get our food. When we approached the employees for information, they blankly stared at us,gave us no reply and made us feel uncomfortable. By the time we got our food, there was a small hair on my soup. When I stood upto return it, employees walked by me with no help until I finally placed the plate by their cashier. When I informed them aboutthe hair, they asked me what I wanted from them about it. I asked for an exchange, and they gave me a whole different soup oftheir choice without any prior agreement. 0/0 recommendation. Read more

My Panera account was hacked, and I received fraudulent charges from three stores. This is the only store that refused to help.... I've never even been to San Antonio. American Express said it was completely Panera's fault, and they needed to refund theamount. It says a lot about an owner who would be unwilling to refund a fraudulent transaction. STAY AWAY! There were two gentleman working drive through orders. A white and a black gentleman. The black gentleman was very dry and... seemed to be in the worst of moods, lacking common decency when communicating with me for my order. Would kindly recommendmanagement assess his mood before placing him in a position that requires interraction with others. I give one star for thefood. Which I have come to enjoy, and the second star for the other Individual who helped process my payment in a respectfulmanner. Read more

Sometimes the staff is on it, sometimes they aren't. The real issue at this location, however, is the internet. With only five... others in the dining area at 8:30 am, is .3 download and .3 upload. I understand that WiFi is a perk, not the busniess, but itis hard to have a coffee and be productive with those speeds y'all. The WiFi on the Via busses is faster. Read more

The sandwich and soup combination provide just the right amount of food that is tasty and filling. Service is great when you do... get help. Otherwise, it is hard to find someone on the cash register or anywhere. Read more
