Just like everywhere else, the quality of food and service has gone way downhill. It would be easy to make your place stand out... right now but sadly not in this case. I bring my kids here all the time and they have always been great but looks like they areskimping in all areas now. I wish chick-fil-a could teach other places how to run a fast food restaurant. I ordered a plate with walnut shrimp and CHICKEN teriyaki so this is what I found when I open the box
I placed a delivery order for a work party and there were many errors with the food. We ordered separate plates/ bowls for each... of the 7 people in attendance. We had the entrée item of the Mushroom Chicken switched with someone else's plate who orderedteriyaki chicken and Beijing Beef entrées (mix-matched entrées to the plates). Additionally, we ordered a spring roll on theside which was never provided. One of my coworkers who received a mix-matched plate has specific food allergies and wasconcerned of having a reaction due to this mistake. None of the items were labeled, creating a hassle for us to examine andsort everything so we can correctly distribute them to my coworkers. The plates felt lacking in the amount of food packedinside. Considering how expensive the food is even before delivery/service fees are applied, our meal was not worth the money wespent. I tried calling the store more than 3 times today, and they are not answering their phone. Terrible customer service andworst experience I have had with Panda Express. I will be pursuing a refund with corporate to deal with this matter. Read more
I don't ever leave bad reviews but felt I had to for this Panda location. I stopped in here on a Monday evening 7/11/22 for... dinner. Walked up to the counter and was asked how can I help you. I asked for a plate with steamed rice. Then was asked whatelse right away. I said orange chicken. The lady said we are out. I said okay, do you have chicken teriyaki. She rudely saidwe don't have that either. I looked over and there was maybe three different items and the rest was empty. I said can I waitand she very sternly said we are out, we don't have any. I just nicely walked out. I have never been in a Panda that was outof several items. But that's beside the point. The lady was just rude. She could've just said we are out or have a shortagebefore I tried ordering and this is all we have left. If it was that bad then I think they would be closing the store about 6pmthat day due to food shortages. Anyway, I will never step foot in that place again due to the lack of courtesy. Read more
I've eaten there once and had a take out once. The server was friendly. The time it took to serve us was quick. The food was... very flavorful. I originally didn't think it would be all that great. I'm a satisfied customer. Read more
Quite possibly the best meal I?ve ever had from Panda Express. The guys running the cafeteria counter are very friendly and have... great customer service skills. The chef was on point today, the food was hot and flavorful. I am thoroughly impressed. I willreturn! Read more
My family and I eat often from panda Express.This is my first time going to this location. As soon as I walked in about 4... employees were all standing together talking having a Wonderful time doing nothing. They wouldn't give me a sample and when Iasked why they wouldn't even give me an answer as to why not. As other businesses Have already begun giving samples again. . Thelast glass that covers the wontons was missing. You can literally cough in the food or grab the food yourself with your hand. Noattempt to cover the food at all. When I asked the poor sad looking employee what happened he answered with an attitude theglass had recently been broken. I asked him if they planned to replace it soon and he wouldn't answer looking at me angry. Agroup of incompetent employees work at the panda location to say the least. After I tasted my takeout food it looked like slop.And that's not normal from other locations I have been too. The Rice,Orange Chicken, Grilled Chicken looked oily. The fried ricelooked smashed or like if it was old or something it's hard to describe. And the taste was off. Always make sure you get yourreceipt in case you get sick. Read more
