This place is horrible! The location on Bandera is much better. Multiple items were not available. The atmosphere was dull,... dingy, and dirty. I tried to give them a second chance by going there today and it was closed @ 1:20 despite the hours ofoperation (1p-9p). Disappointing! Read more
I didn't eat here, but accompanied a friend. Place looked dirty and multiple machines were not functional. There were holes... poked into thw saran wrap cover over the toppings bar and dried up drippings of some melted substance on the over turnedseating. Multiple seating options were flipped over (a remnant of covid social distancing, I think.) But it gave the place arun-down sort of post-apocalyptic feel. Read more

This location is very trashy and dirty. Just stopped in and half the machines were not operating. No place to sit with furniture... stacked on top of each other. Employee seemed bothered by us. Find somewhere else. We went to Menchies around the corner. Cleanand friendly place Read more
*** Do your best NOT to support this establishment. They do not care about their employees *** We went in today and it's sad to... say the staff is working in deplorable conditions. They had no air AT ALL. The air conditioner has been out for 2 weeks and noone has thought to bring in a commercial fan or install ceiling fans for the employees. It was so sad to see those young womenbehind the counter sweating and trying to be courteous. I understand today has been the highest in the past 2 weeks, at 88degrees. But why would you leave your employees in stale air? No ventilation or air circulation. It's just a disgustingatmosphere. The restroom is also not working, leaving the place feeling dirty and smelling gross. I will not be supporting thisestablishment again. The froyo is delicious and there are amazing options for toppings. I was disappointed at our visit tonight about the... cleanliness. While the toppings were behind plastic and the employees put them on, the table we sat at was disgusting. Itclearly had not been wiped down any time recently. With only two tables available inside it shouldn't be hard to do a quick wipedown or offer wipes for customers to clean the table when they are done. Read more
Went by as my first time because I heard about this place have a delicious yogurts and it's definitely delicious!!! I also... definitely will come back if I'm in the mood for a dessert. Read more
Took my son in, it was quite. The yogurt was good we tried a few flavors. We will be back.
