EVERY time I've ordered from this location through UberEats I've had missing items. Usually I'm always missing all the fries... which is about 2 to 4 large fries per order. I've had boxes of nuggets missing, multiple burgers missing or wrong, and sometimestotally wrong orders. At first I thought it was the drivers fault but quickly knew it was McDonald's at fault. I've had betterluck through the drive-through but still have to check the bags. It's quick and cheap but they neglect checking orders for thecorrect items. Read more

Once again ordered 40 mcnuggets meal 4 sweet n sour sauce and 2 BBQ sauce. Drove 17 miles to home and guess what! No SAUCE for... 40 mcnuggets! Like the only McDonald's that seems to ever get the order right. Oh and you get a free cookie for using the app. In, out, and on... with your life. Even with the long lines at times it doesn't seem to take very long to get your order. The employees are alwaysin a good mood and very friendly. Read more

Self contracted for DoorDash. Went through drive through. I gave the person the code, was referred to window #2. Waited there... for 20 minutes before I made a fuss. The Manager was prioritizing about 15 vehicles that went around me. Not understanding I wasthere in fact a representative for the customer. This store should do better. 1 STAR ???? Read more

When this morning to claim a free rewards breakfast sandwich, did it through the mobile app And once I got to there they ask me... if I'm using my mobile app. I said yes and they asked for my code and I gave it to them . Once I get to the window they asked meagain what my code was I gave it to them they took a while and then they told me to proceed to the window . Why wasn't it readyready when I got to the window I got frustrated and took off lost a free rewards because of this. Same day at night my daughterwanted McDonald's This time I didn't use the mobile app I ordered my food got to the window and they asked for my receipt causeThey did not know what I ordered.
