Worst McDonald?s. Mobile ordered a Frappe and a burger. While waiting for my order, I went to get some water, because you cannot... select a cup of water from the app. I was told that their machine was broken and there was no Frappe, they do not allow refillsat this location and if you get tap water, then you will be accused of stealing. Also the location is difficult to get in andout of. Avoid this location. Read more
They are phenomenal there. The way staff is very attentive. I heard one of the McDonald's employees yell no salt on fries no... salt on fries. She said that they had to leave the salt off the fries because it was for a dog. It's always good to feed yourcanine fried potatoes with no salt so that it keeps their blood pressure down. Read more
The old white lady on the drive-thru was so rude and mean , we wanted to do 3 different order and she said it's only 2 per car... and she wanted us to do another turn and order again for the 3rd order. I just want to thank the young lady who helps us andtook our order at the window. She went that extra step to make our day. She should be manager. Read more
Staff has way more manner and etiquette than the manager. I noticed there was two managers on duty; however, I?m referring to... the young male. I have never encountered such rude ?leadership.? There was no need to be so rude to your employees let alone toyour customer. Read more
It was my first time coming to this Mc Donalds because it was a trip. The customer service here was great. We had a van packed... of us and needed the largest meal. They gave us plenty of options for largest nugget count meals combos and everything. Superpatient. Definitely would come here again if I had another trip in San Antonio Read more
i stopped at this location 30 minutes before i was due at work. all i ordered was 1 sausage biscuit & 1 hashbrown, through the... app. i pulled up to the window, got my receipt & went to the next window. the lady said she didn?t have my order as she only had1 mobile order & it was picked up. i told her i placed it on the app & repeated what i ordered. she told me to move to the 3rdwindow where i waited 17 minutes for the most basic order!!! i had to call & whoever answered yelled that i was waiting. theyforgot about me! i was late to work, didn?t even get to eat. i tried again for lunch & my order was wrong. i asked for a burgerwith no onions. of course it was smothered in onions. like are you serious??? i do not recommend this location at all. they?revery incompetent. It's McDonald's and you know what to expect. This location is in a busy area but isn't busy in itself. That means the food comes... faster than other fast food. Don't exit on the side street unless you absolutely have to turn left (south) on Broadway. Thelight takes forever and your food quality will suffer. It's not like there's a lot of that to spare...unless you got fries. Read more
