To start stood at register for 5 min before I was noticed. Then was told only taking drive thru and kiosk orders. Ended up in a... line for the kiosk, then when putting in order they did not have the frappes on the menu tolde machine was down I feel like thisis all becoming an issue. There is nothing convenient about having to put my own order in I don't want to do this your staff isrude and at this point I will not be eating at any McDonald's again! This is a new five stars for Edgar. He was wonderful. Very polite young man. My hot n spicy was nice and fresh, but... unfortunately the fries were not... Old fries are not good, just keep up with the fries and continue doing everything else youguys are doing... Thank you... This rating is for Latoya... She is very sweet, polite and has great customer service... She'svery attentive too. Because of Latoya, I will go back. Went in new years day to get a bunch of food for my family and it was the worst mistake, the fries were dark soggy and cold like... they had been sitting there for a while and the workers saw this & still gave them to use 2 large fries and a small worth ofinedible fries. We had 4 burgers they were all cold and some dried out and burnt had to pick apart the food to even try to eat????. Im never going to return to this mcdonalds or any at all for a while. Everything was disgusting and a waste of $30dollars. They need a whole new crew here at this location smh*. Read more
This would have to be the worse McDonald's in history, poor quality in food , poor customer service skills not to mention the... lack of dignity and respect they show to their customers they certainly do not take pride in their quality of service or skillsin providing food services to the general public. My wife ordered myself and our daughter lunch through the door dash app andthis is what we received a bag with spilled soda all over and a lint and hairball in our fries plus they did not honor thespecial request of no salt on fries. 30$ down the drain , hard earned money for a person to not care or rectify thesituation. Spoke to the Claire the manager who could care less to fix or replace the order basically told me to go through doordash to get my refund . Could not fix it that way called McDonald's back still could not get her to fix the order. She told mehave a nice day and hung up. How can people have no conscience you just sent out soggy and unsanitary food to someone who mighthave a serious health condition. Spoke to corporate and hopefully will get results. I give this restaurant a thumbs down theyalways mess up our orders and have a nasty attitude when they are brought to their attention. We got served fast and food was delicious but cashier didn't ask me to choose the sauce for the nuggets and just have me BBQ... sauce. It was a busy night just wish they would have had someone cleaning/sanitizing the lobby and play area. Read more
