To start stood at register for 5 min before I was noticed. Then was told only taking drive thru and kiosk orders. Ended up in a... line for the kiosk, then when putting in order they did not have the frappes on the menu tolde machine was down I feel like thisis all becoming an issue. There is nothing convenient about having to put my own order in I don't want to do this your staff isrude and at this point I will not be eating at any McDonald's again! This is a new five stars for Edgar. He was wonderful. Very polite young man. My hot n spicy was nice and fresh, but... unfortunately the fries were not... We got served fast and food was delicious but cashier didn't ask me to choose the sauce for the nuggets and just have me BBQ... sauce. It was a busy night just wish they would have had someone cleaning/sanitizing the lobby and play area. Read more
