Went to McDonald?s on San Pedro drive-through ordered a 20 piece chicken McNuggets, and a large order of fries. When I got my... food, I had asked them to give me sweet-and-sour sauce. Band of giving me one sweet-and-sour and different other condiments. Myfries were cold didn?t have no salt on it and were stale my nuggets were cold. Will never get food from there again. Read more
I ordered an egg McMuffin and it came out very fast and hot. I just started using the app on my phone. It takes a little while... to learn how to use it but the app opens you up to some great deals on food. Read more
It's not the fault of the McDonald's, but there are a ton of refugees all around this location. Just a heads up because they... might look intimidating to some, but they are just refugees from across San Pedro that are waiting on processing. Still, youmight end up getting asked for money or have to wait while a large group gets an order. This used to be a much quicker locationto get in and out of before the refuge center opened and it's not fair to bring down my rating for something that isn't inMcDonald's control. The food is still your typical McDonald's guys and the employees are great employees, but the overallexperience has suffered. Sorry McDonald's. Not your fault. Read more
I work overnight and these burgers look terrible. One looks like it was bitten into and they both are super dry as hell with no... condiments on my patties. The cashier informed me "Cash only". It hit her with a Uno Reversal "I have cash" and got a bigannoyed sigh. I never eat late anywhere but today was a special occasion due to issues at my job. Wasted my money and my lunchwaiting for this food. The cashier didn't give me my receipt either. Read more
In all of my time visiting this place, I?ve never been this disappointed. Food was not fresh at all. Manager knew exactly who we... were when we called to complain. He called our order back to us without having to call off our order from the receipt. Read more

I love this location and prefer it to any other. Ordered on app and it reset to the fm 78 locale and manager was nice enough to... fulfill the order for us even when it processed through the other store. This store's prices are better than the others and waitis shorter than any in San Antonio. Staff are always pleasant and friendly. Glad to have it so near home. Read more
Put my order in 1:07??. It is now 2:09 still in the drive through?.. this is pure comedy. The associate asks me 3 times in a row... what did i order like within a span of 45 seconds and Oh the best part?. They got the order wrong after I waited 1 hour. Iget it we?re in a recession, there?s limited employees etc. At this point just close it down for the night if you can?t serviceyour customers. Read more
