This whole chain has become absolutely unbelievably bad. Perhaps if you had paid and treated your employees better you wouldn't... be catastrophiclly short staffed. And these new kiosks so you can have even less customer service are disgusting. I waited ahalf hour as you were slammed busy with 0 let me repeat 0 people working the front counter only to be told that my order hadn'teven been put in the system because I had not paid. They looked at me and said it was my fault for not going up to the counterand paying...the counter that has 0 people working at it. The best joke is I was standing at the counter the entire time. I'msorry MacDonald, you only care about profit and pushing the employees out so you don't have to pay them. The best part is youdon't even have a customer service phone number because God forbid you'd have to pay them and then you'd have to listen to howbad your company is. Well you won't be getting any more profits from this guy. I will go to your competetor and order my foodfrom real live people. Read more
The staff here is great I drive from stoneoak area all the way to this location just to get great service. I come here every... morning to start my day with my coffee. Fast service by mgr Kristen ?. Her staff is awesome . I wish a lot more McDonald?swould be the same way Read more
I came here 10/21/22 9:35am. I had a very simple order. These brainless airhead employees couldn't get my order correct. Two... people didn't understand. This place has employees with the IQ of an orange. One of the employees tried to force me intoordering something I didn't ask for. I drove off somewhere else. This is why fast food workers don't deserve a high paying wage.Anyone including teens can work fast food. Read more
At least I got food... Not what I asked for at all. The gentleman taking my order and who took my money was extremely nice and... for him are the stars. The lady who gave me my food must have had a stick up her @$$ or something bc she was rude, basicallythrew the food at me, and the food was not correct.... Found a hair in my fries. It almost looked like armpit hair. I just don't understand. I feel something really needs to be done... when customers find things in there food. It's the same as spitting in my food. Something told me to drive off, something justfelt weird. I'm just really disgusted with my overall experience with this place. I really wish I could sue. I'm verytraumatized because I feel it was done on purpose. And who knows what could of been on my sandwich. You are not kids anymore,grow up!!! How are you making $15.00 an hr.? Read more
Iced coffee was delicious. Everyone is kind and helpful. They get you purser really fast and well served.
I came by to pick up an order for a customer that was placed before Mc Donalds started making breakfast. When I arrived to pick... up the order the store told me that they couldn't make my order, that a customer already placed and paid for, because they weregoing to start getting ready for breakfast. I don't know who dropped the ball on this, but you shouldn't be able to place andpay for an order that the store "can't make right now because breakfast is coming up" in 20 minutes. Read more
McDonalds food all tastes the same for the most part. So this rating has nothing to do with the quality of food but more on the... quality of service and available ingredients. They will take your food to the table but don?t have condiments out at the drinkstation. When you go to the front to get some it takes a bit of time to get their attention. Read more
