This McDonald?s is in trouble, take a look at the reviews, they use their marketing to get you in the door and they have... multiple employees wandering around like they are lost & no one taking the customers order, had to wait and finally speak up.The manager was defensive and he is not going to last, I was told that could use the kiosk or online ordering instead. That isthe plan because it has become difficult to find basic employees with common sense. Read more

Very professionally run establishment. Bathrooms were clean and The food is always hot and Fresh. Kudos to Mgmt and Staff
The food is usually good, the restaurant clean. My issue with this restaurant is that they ALWAYS forget something. Today it was... a hash brown, yesterday gave me an iced instead of my hot coffee, time before that they forgot my burger. I'm tired of givingthis place a chance. Read more
This location is on it!!! I visit here about once every other week, and I only get about 30 mins for lunch. My order is always... correct, and they are fast! It's nice to get back to work and still have plenty of time to eat my lunch. The staff is alwaysvery friendly too. Read more
THIS MCDONALD'S was friendly. Order was accurately made. Fries were fresh and delicious. Every other McDs in SA area in my... experience are not this good. Drive thru was busy, but took less than 5 minutes from completing the order to receiving food. Read more
I love this location out of many I eat at. Blanco and west location has absolutely awesome service! I really enjoy and... appreciate Daniel Stifanos's great attitude that cheers me up when I'm down and cuts up appropriatly with me when I'm up. Wehave good times either way. Rosemary is awesome and makes every meal cheerful with her great smiles and cheerful spirit. Shemakes sure my table is clean and makes McDonald's a very pleasant experience. James in maintenance is always working hard tokeep the fryers clean and pressure washed the parking lot superbly! He is like a pastor to me and pastors to me sometimes as heis on break or pressure washing. The others are great also and make McDonald's my favorite place to eat breakfast! Great jobmanagement!
