Nice dine in area, the staff could be a little friendlier. The Lead girl was running around yelling at her employees they were... swapped and in my opinion she couldn't handle it. We were already inside but she wanted to shut down the donning room early.Drive thru's line was a mile high. It took them a while put the were handling so I felt sorry for her staff. Read more
Had my money stolen by manager Samantha. Today was the first time I ever had to call the cops after ordering McDonald?s. Like... many others I ordered the CPFM meal today upon arrival I was told they were out and asked if I?d like to cancel the order. Isaid I?d just cancel no big deal, and get a refund. Samantha the manager said to check the app and request a refund, but thereis no place to do so. I went and told her this and she told me tough luck and there was nothing she could do. I asked her ifthis means I just had to eat my money and she said yes sarcastically. So after this theft I called the cops in order to get mystolen money back. Samantha made one of her other managers deal with it and the other manager was very apologetic and offered topay me my money back if I didn?t have it in 24 hours. She said she has no idea why Samantha acts the way she does andapologized. Still haven?t received my money back and am currently doing a charge back with the bank. Read more
I went through the drive through with my girlfriend last night at about midnight. The line was so long and just kept crawling... by. I understand there must have not been very much staff so I took it with a grain of salt. When I got to the window themanager gave us 3 FREE large French fries, an apple pie, and a ton of sauces. We were so happy it made the wait worth it. I wishI remembered the managers name because she deserves recognition. 10/10 will be coming here again. Read more
Went in to have a nice, sit down meal so I wouldn't have to cook. Ordered through the kiosk. Took one of those plastic triangles... and my receipt, went to sit down. Looked up about 10 minutes later to see my meal sitting on the counter with flies buzzing overit. Staff was zero help. Never eat here! Read more

My husband and I go to this McDonald?s very often both for breakfast and dinner, and the difference between the two has always... been appalling, but today has truly taken the cake. As soon as we walked in the door people at the counter were lined up withcomplaints of wrong orders and poor service. We ordered at the kiosk got our cups and went to the lobby to take a seat andliterally every table was disgusting. This isn?t a new thing at night, but I usually get some hand sanitizer and napkins andclean a table for us but there was none to be found so I couldn?t do that. We find one decent enough so we sit down and our foodcomes, and the sm frappe (with caramel and choc syrup) I ordered wasn?t there so I told the girl and she looked at me and walkedaway. I waited and she never came back so I go up there. She?s up there bagging orders. She turns around looks at me and walksto the frappe machine and starts my frappe. I wait she makes it and hands me a medium with the syrups dumped on the top.Whatever I?m not expecting much at this point I just go back to my seat. We?re eating and I watch as 3 employees huddle up in acorner for 15 minutes on their phones. Manager comes up and doesn?t say anything. No one tries to even touch the lobby. The maingirl who was taking orders on front counter stood there leaning on the register for the entirety of our visit only to come outto the lobby to get herself a drink and go back to leaning on the counter. She did hand out a couple online orders and whiledoing so she proceeds to take her gloved hands pick up her hat and scratch her head as well as touch her face and then continuedto mess with peoples food. 15 minutes went by before we left and she still had not changed those gloves. Mind you we were therefor almost 45 minutes and in that time I can?t count how many people came back up or came in from the drive thru because theirorders were messed up. Went through line asked for a triple cheeseburger. Got to pay window asked again if they ordered me a triple cheeseburger. Got... to pick up window manager there says double cheeseburger. I say no I asked for triple cheeseburger. She said well u asked for adouble. I said no ma'am I even asked again at the window. She then takes my burger yells at guy I ordered a triple withketchup. She gives me my burger. I get home and " look how they massacred my boi". Had one bad experience placed an order on line. When we got there to pick up they did not have it. I had it on my phone screen... paid for. All she could say is we don't have it. I wanted my ordering was paid for and it had been pulled from my account. Theassociate stood there blank faced. I asked if I was getting my order that's when she called for manager.
