Stopped by to pickup an order for delivery and waited by the register/pickup area for a while without any inclination of being... greeted by the staff. Managed to have multiple employees just stare at me and continue on without even making an attempt toassist, including what was believed to be the manager of this location. Finally after getting the attention of one of the cookswhile he was eating some of the food, he informed the manager that I was trying to get someone's attention and finally was ableto pickup the order. I do understand fast food restaurants get busy, but not even making an attempt to assist guests orcustomers is not good customer service. Read more
The lady taking my order went off on why she loves Texas and hates California? she appeared to be extremely angry and when I... told her I had lived in California and really loved my time there she asked me then why am I here? I just wanted to order somefood in peace.. she was very slow taking the lady?s order in front of me and I was very patient waiting. I have no idea why she went off and starting talking about political issues?. But as a small business owner myself? I would not have an employeeworking for me with her demeanor.. she was offensive and not professional in any capacity.. I will find another McDonald?s or adifferent company to spend my money?. My experience wasn't what I expected. I've been ordering the same items for the better part of 5 years, at least. This morning,... ordered the same same. The person taking my order entered it as something else, cost was higher. I requested what I asked foragain, and he changed it to what he interpreted it should be, again, at a higher cost. On other days, recently I've beengreeted with "we're low on staff, we only have burritos and drinks". The point is that staffing problems, poorly trained orsupervised employees, that's all a management problem. Won't be back, don't recommend. Read more
Always clean and fresh smelling. Plenty of staff, short wait for service. No problems with made to order, orders.
Quite often the inside of the store is closed. It will be 10am and they will not allow people into the store. They are probably... short staffed, but when you see how the employees are treated by management, you will understand. This manager will hang up onyou, and refuse a refund if they mess up. She refused to give her name. They gave me an old sandwich that had been layingaround for a while. 3 weeks ago she was yelling and screaming at an employee in front of customers and children. The employeeand manager were exchanging profanities before the employee stormed out. If your leader is bad, your business will not succeed. Read more
Have stopped here many times in the past. Employees are usually friendly, service has always been fast. All my past orders have... always been accurate.. one of the better McDonalds locations. Read more
I appreciate that this location takes the time to properly seal my order to prevent tampering, and they always cook it just... right. My orders are correct most of the time but more attention needs to be made with deliver orders. Please start addingcondiments in the bag. I do like ketchup, salt, and pepper with fries. Lol. Read more
