Mixed bag as far as service. I asked for extra ice in my tea recently. The reply was ?We can?t put extra ice in your drink? I... brushed it off. Today I ordered a ?Big Breakfast with hotcakes. I asked for an extra syrup. The reply ?Only one syrup isallowed per meal, no exceptions? How petty! It?s a shame because I usually get good service here. Managers/Owners please takenote. Very poor service. Ordered 2 meals with large drink, when they provided small ones we asked to have large. She took them put... them in a large cup and filled with ice. It?s a shame to be treated in a disrespectful manner. Here I was thinking theservice industry was getting better. Read more
I?m not quite sure what the issue was tonight but I have ordered online previously at this location and never had an issue with... having my boyfriend pick up the order without me having to physically be there. The lady told him that she needed my phoneverification and after waiting 30 minutes in line my boyfriend decided to drive all the way back to pick me up and drive us backto McDonald?s. We went straight to the window and brought my phone for verification and once we got to the window they didn?teven ask for it, just my name. I didn?t have this issue last time but it definitely was a huge waste of time and gas to driveback and forth to this location just for them not to ask for the one thing they supposedly needed. Fries weren?t even hot whenthey gave us our order but we were already fed up with the place and just decided to take our losses and leave. Read more
It seems the burgers are getting smaller. My wife ordered a fish sandwich and it was just a small square cold piece of fish on a... bun. My Big Mac was warm but the fries were warm not hot. And as usual the ice cream machine was not working. Read more
What nice service, it's been ages since I walked into a McDonald's. The counter lady was patient as I was totally lost in the... menu combinations. My meal came quick and hot. The place was clean, beverage area was completely stocked. Great visit after allthe years, to relive a childhood memory now that I'm 68, no disappointment. Read more
Sitting at the window at McDonald's for like 5 minutes, then I hear this guy just start raging and yelling about how long he's... been sitting at the drive thru ready to order. Mind you I'm waiting there for already like 5+ minutes. I decide I'm just gonnapull up and order at the window. I pull up and this dude is just sitting there on his phone. Finally looks at me and asks mewhat my order was (assuming since there were no orders on his screen since they were ignoring the drive thru) told him i justdrove up cause nobody was answering, gave him my order and wait another few minutes which is when I took this picture (longenough for me to sit there and annoyingly loudly sing like 2 songs from my spotify) I've worked in a drive thru. ITS NOT THATHARD. Get off your phone and do your job your getting paid for. This guy that was screaming in the drive thru shouldn't have hadto get to that point but they WERE NOT ANSWERING THE DRIVE THRU. This lady that pulled up after me was getting frustrated toocause she wasn't being answered either. Like I get it. You hate your job. I'm not fond of my job either but you know what....ISTILL DO IT. Ibe received both good and bad food/service at this location. I know they are short staffed. I made an order through postmates,... received a moldy mcRib and decided to call to let mcdonalds know so they can make sure nobody else gets moldy buns..... Theydidnt seem to believe me and hung up on me. Read more
I have boycotted this chain for awhile now. But everytime I read that employees are demanding higher pay, makes me wonder why we... are willing to raise the pay for a burger flipper and not a phlebotomy tech??? Now McDonald's employees are being paid more thana tech who pays for school, pays for a license and continues educational learning for less pay?? Read more
