Had to ask for my cup since they didn't give me one, but overall food was hot and order was correct.
Please be aware and check your breakfast sandwiches from this location. My children?s breakfast sandwiches from the morning of... 09/10/2022 were FULL of small pieces of plastic. I did not become aware until after they had consumed the food. Absolutelydisappointed with this location for not conducting proper safety checks on their food. Drive thru experience was not the best, I told them no onions or ketchup and they put onions and ketchup which I wasn't upset... about it because mistakes are made. But I went back TWO times and they didn't follow my instructions I waited for 30mins becausethey continued to mess up my order. I've been going to this location for about five years now. Service has always been, not so good. Especially inside, they don't... even acknowledge you're standing there for their service. And when they put the food together, it's sloppy and not even wrapped.I only go there out of convenience. But about two weeks ago when I went, I met NATHANIEL. He is a breath of Sunshine. ?? I've only been to this McDonald's twice and each time I drove away with a smile! The drive thru staff was very friendly and... engaging during their rush. These teenagers have no manners, they don't greet you and they never smile. When I was younger and working at McDonald's we had... to keep a smile on our face and greet the customers. They are constantly on their phone and the managers just don't seem to careanymore. I got my McRib and went on home. The atmosphere is so sad. Read more
