This McDonald's that I come to every morning always has cars waiting for a while in drive thru and they take one order at a... time. There sometimes where I wait by the mic to take my order and the worker in charge of drive thru doesn't say anything Ihave to say hello for someone to hear me this place really needs to get checked on more often by the main mangers. As I'mwaiting right now they are doing one car at a time. I wonder how there timing is on drive thru someone really needs to cheak onthis McDonald's it's crazy seem like these people don't want to work. Read more
Whoever works at the 1st window is terrible. I go to the drive thru and order my food. I get to the 1st window and there is no... one there. I waited about 10 minutes and figured I must be at the wrong window so I'll just wait behind the car in front of meand pay at the pickup window. About 2 minutes later an employee finally comes to the window and pokes his head out. There is acar in back of me so I can't back up. I poke my head out my window and shout twice that I will pay at the next window because Ididn't know anyone was there. I get to the pick up window and as soon as the nice lady tells me hi the guy (employee) from the1st window shoves her out the way and in the rudest tone tells me my total. I hand my card over and he snatches it out of myhand and storm's back to his window. The lady at the pickup window was very sweet but that other employee needs to learn how todo his job. If I can rate this exact Location less the this i absolutely would! The lil girl working the window with the red hair is not... only unprofessional she lacks work ethics and when addressing that the meat should not be raw or taste under cooked. She triedto justify why there meat is red like that as if it?s not set on a timer to fully cook the CORRECT way. I would definitely thinkbefore going to this location. First and absolutely LAST TIME EVER GOING TO THIS MCDONALDS. This location should definitely beunder review and the Heath department should be aware of there lack of responsibility to serve there community. This McDonald's here on commerce was a disgrace of ignorance.The manager that denied my family the right to good customer... services name is Kimberly. Our order was $51.00.....and change. We ordered 8 triple meat burgers and some extras. So when gothome and we started to eat. I saw the sizes of triples in hand. Then I informed my husband that spoke to this manager and shestraight up said the triple's are only doubles with 3 cheese only!!!! never have I ever felt so dismissed and I am beyonddissatisfied. I understand mistakes happen but, when u replace ur response with pure rudeness. That is clearly uncalled for. Ms.Kimberly I'm a hard-working person. And it absolutely sucks that my family and I haven't ate out recently and of all times. YesI hope u get the re-training u strongly need or even an employee status change. Since ur a manager and all.....but, maybe thisis clear sign u r not ready to lead anyone. My husband called this location and was not rude to u and u stooped so low to speakto him and deny my voice, deny my right to receive good polite service. ****The option to go back and fix the scenario was notpresented until I called and asked for Manager's name.
