I was standing at the back of a line with my daughter when an elderly woman who had been waiting patiently kindly asked the... manager if anyone was working the lobby counter. The manager replied no and pointed to the kiosks in the lobby. When anothercustomer asked why she hadn't said anything to them or anyone who had been standing in line for a long time she was rude to her.Because of this I will not be bringing my family of 5 to this location anytime in the future. That manager saw the line whileshe was working the drive thru and choose to ignore all of us. It doesn't cost anything to be kind, she could have let us allknow the counter was closed or better yet put up a sign. Read more
Rosalinda was the manager when we came in. There was a line at the register so we waited in line to see what we wanted to order.... When no one came to get the first customers order, they asked the manager. She said to the lady in a rude manner that they wereonly doing orders through the kiosk. Fine. Heard that. But then there was an elderly woman in line that didn't know how to usethe kiosk. After we (people in line) helped the lady, she had cash. So after finally getting the manager to acknowledge usagain, she finally decided that she could accept that she had to help this lady. Rude manager. And none existent help. Badenough that it costs as much as a good fast food joint to eat here, but to be greeted so poorly is the icing on the cake. And itwasn't busy at all to warrant that kind of blatant disregard for customer service. Only reason we came here was because of theplay place for my daughter. Came on Saturday Oct 8th around 5:30 pm and literally waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line. We were in a hurry to get... somewhere and couldn't even order inside. They didn't even have the audacity to say to please hold or anything. Thisexperience will make me never to waste my time nor money here in the future. Very poor experience. Read more

This mcds take more then 20 min to take your order, once after you pay they give you your drink & make you park on the side and... take another 20 minutes to hand you your food. Make sure to check all your food before you even leave because they even make themistake to give you the wrong food. Once you go inside to fix your order they take another 10 or 15 min to even try and talk toyou but every worker passes by you without asking or saying anything to you until you tell them "excuse me" or say something outloud. And they just be throwing the stuff inside of the box of your burger & don't try to actually built it the way its supposedto. If I could give them no stars I would. Not sure why this location went to s*** after they "changed management" but theyshould really put TANIA as management again, it used to run way better when she was there. Read more
