This has got to be the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. You wait in line for 30 minutes and then thank you then they send... you over to the curbside parking spot. If I wanted to order curbside I would have ordered curbside in the mobile app. Whichthat's another thing I did order in the app so my food should have already been ready when I went through the drive-throughespecially waiting for 30 minutes. And on top of that they're very rude and everything looks absolutely disgusting inside. Iwill never eat at this McDonald's again and if you're smart you will take a note out of all of our books look at all these1-star reviews and not eat here either! Yet another Manor fast food joint that has terrible service.. so sick of teenagers who hate their jobs. I'm seriously a nice guy... and never give attitude to servers because I know how tough their jobs are, but it seems like other locations OUTSIDE OF MANORseem to get it right. Read more
It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. I have had so many problems with this location. This is the 3rd strike for me. I... have went for breakfast twice around 6 in the morning and they could not sell me food. Only serving coffee. I went this lastweek around 0800 and they were out of pretty much everything if you look at the picture. I had about 7 or 8 cars in front of mebefore I found this out. I went to the McDonalds down the road on Babcock/Prue, they had a full menu. Last chance for this one.Someone from corporate needs to take charge of this location. Read more
One of the worst locations of any McDonald's I've experienced in the nation. The last time I was there, I literally waited 30... minutes and the staff was ready to walk out because they were frustrated as well. Every time I come back to this location,unfortunately, the weight is literally 25 minutes. I have never witnessed this in any McDonald's location in the country. Atthis location is losing Agave money because of efficiency issues. Read more
Had a crew member come and tell me in the rudest way to grab my kid because he kept leaving the play area. I was with him the... entire time. A little discretion wouldn't have killed her... plus the play area has no A/C and no door to keep kids safe likeother locations. Also no tables near the kid area to watch kids while they play. They literally had one guy working tonight causing the line to be all the way down the street. Such bs. This is suppose to be... ?fast food? not wait 2 hours before you get literally just a basket of fries. Not the guys fault that was working but come on,where the other workers at? There is never a single day when there isn't a long line of cars waiting. There are cars waiting in the queue even on the right... lane of the frontage road, which is dangerous. Simply open the second drive through line & try professional ppl to take theorders pls . Read more
Fastest and friendliest service I've ever experienced at ANY McDonald's location. I ordered on the app and when we arrived the... dining room was closed so we got in the huge drive-thru line and worried about how long it would take. We were pleasantlysurprised at the speed. Our order was accurate, fresh, and delicious. Crew had their A Game working this morning! Read more
