If you?re looking for a McDonald?s that is open at 6 o?clock this one is not it! Seriously people going to work at 5 AM. Expect... this place to be open and they open at seven in the morning. How lazy is that and then they have an attitude. I was not lookingto have Mexican in the morning. I wanted to McDonald?s after the gym I?m up by 3 AM so here I am going to I 10 and De Zavala rd.The McDonald?s there is open 24 hours is convenient to people that work at 3 AM the other place I don?t recommend it. I seriously wish I could give zero stars. NEGATIVE, even. We ordered two pies, some cookies, and a frappe with an espresso shot.... What did we get? (Spoiler: Not what we ordered.) We get two hot n spicys, a 6 piece, and SHOCKINGLY we got our frappe. But ithad no shot in it. The shot that now costs 2 dollars these days. I worked fast food for seven years but GOD. It's getting sohard to defend fast food workers these days!! Get it together in there! If you can't even handle this, you need to get a jobbetter suited for you. Read more

I just went to this location after driving by and debating for months on this location. Now I see why my mind never allowed me... to stop there. I ordered a big Mac extra onions extra sauce, fresh fries, and hot and spicy Mc chicken. I never received mychicken, the burger was cold with NO extra sauce NO extra onions, as well as cold fries. Horrible service. I can maybeunderstand why employees didn't care being paid $10/hr, but now hiring at $20/hr? If I could give this place less than 1 star Iwould. Completely horrible Read more
Very ???? with manager telling me it's not her job if parents don't have their kids follow the rules in the playroom. She... actually told me to confront the parent. There was this boy too over age to be in the playroom plus wearing cowboy boots withthick bottoms. I had to shout at the boy when I saw him trying to step on my 4 year old grandson. I knew the man he was with wasjust at the table. The manager got me more ???? when she walked away saying have a nice day. She pointed to the 800 number whenI asked for it. I have to drive out of my way to a busier McDonald?s just to avoid this one! Most of the time only one drive thru menu works... which leads to a long line all the way into the street and each person takes around 15 minutes to order or longer. The averagetime in line is about 40 minutes. The workers are always new and sometimes it?s cash only and you won?t know until you finallymake it to the order menu. Read more
I wish I could do a negative 10 review. Services are horrible and when they make your order wrong, you still need to wait 20... plus minutes for them to get it wright.. So, I'm taking time out of my work day to write a review of this McDonalds and I'm hoping, the management pays attention to this... review and many others. There were 5 cars ahead of me, nothing too crazy. However, by the time I got to the drive-thru menu, Ihad been waiting 35 minutes. Then, I was told "we'll be right with you" which led to another 10 minutes. By the time I actuallyordered and got my food (asked to park), it had been 52 minutes! This is by far the longest wait I have ever waited in my entirelife for an order that was $14 dollars worth. If this was a one time issue, I would not spend the time to write this review.However, this has happened more than once and it wasn't 52 minutes, but more along the lines of 30 minutes, which is way toolong for numerous times. I'm not the only one who has experienced this wait time at this location. Drive by on any morning ornight, you'll see the long lines that do not move for 15-20 minutes. I get when drive-thru's get busy, but not having the rightamount of staff or properly trained staff is an issue and to be honest, I'm not sure if they even care to improve. My hope isthat management reads this review and many others and hopefully, they'll do something about it. Read more
