I don't eat here often at but the last month, I ended up here 5 times over 3 weeks. 1 time in 5 visits I have been told thank... you or any type of common courtesy. Take my money and hand receipt with a scowl. Have never gotten a full order correct in the5 visits. Today was the last straw. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 shakes. I got to the first window. Hand came out to getmoney card. No words or cost of food. Handed me card and receipt again thanks or please pull forward. The drive thru wasslow. Got to the window. Handed my bag but no shakes. The employee stared at me like I was inconveneencing him. I said I hadshakes also. "Oh ok" no sorry. Nothing. He hands me a shake that is warm essentially choclate water. I say this isn't ashake is melted and water. I show him.. "that's a shake" he says. Aww no a shake is not this runny, again I tip it. His nextcomment is priceless "that's how it came out of the machine" I ask for a manager. She comes over and can barely speak Englishand agree with the employee that that's a shake they come out that way. I got my money back and wasted a half hour of myday. This was not a one time event. Asked for a hot coffee. Got a mildly luke warm one. Must have been a coffee that was just sitting there. Thing is, employee knew... but didn't care. Plus no creamer or sweetener like I asked. Unbelievable. Rarely go to McDonald's. Now will be even more rare. Read more
premises are clean, service is usually fast & the employees are always friendly. play area is fun for the kiddos. ice cream... machine actually ?works?!!! would you believe that???? but they only say that when it needs to be cleaned haha. use the app tobuild up points quickly it?s nice! Read more
Not sure why my double cheeseburger has shredded lettuce in the wrapper??? It was really annoying unwrapping a burger without... lettuce and having lettuce fall out all over my car. I love McDonald's but this location fried the hot n spicy to hard and ithelps chicken was soo thin it was almost nonexistent....the double cheeseburger tasted different. My favorite.location im Blancoand 1604. This location is always super busy. I probably will pass this spot up next time I drive by hungry. Read more
Run by a bunch of confused kids that get every order wrong. Half the items are out of stock. Order ahead for quick pickup?... Wrong! You'll end up waiting for over 25 minutes and you just get shuffled around to other people to solve the problem. This isthe worst McDonald's in the area. Read more
