We visited around 7pm. I placed my order on the app. I had also selected a reward for free basket of fries. The app encountered... an issue on service side so I had to go inside to pay. Parking lot was full. There was a crowd standing around the registerswaiting for their orders. The man in front of me left because there was not an available rep to take his order. They were busytrying to fulfill the drive through orders. I finally was helped and paid for the order. The cashier pulled my order up fromthe app to her register. She made sure that I was not charged twice, which was nice. I sat down at one of the tables to getout of the way. I waited for thirty minutes for one happy meal and basket of fries. They called me for the order with just thehappy meal. I didn't say anything. I just wanted to leave. I couldn't back out of my spot because of the drive thru line. If there is a slower McDonald's on the face of the earth, would be surprised. Just moved nearby. There can be 4 cars at the... drive through and you'll still wait 30 minutes. Least efficient McDonald's I've ever experienced...consistently. Read more
Worst McDonalds i have ever been to, I don't believe any of these 5 star reviews, must be management. Went there today, no ice... tea, no fountain drinks, how can management let them run out of all drinks. This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to, Iwent there once, ordered and paid for my food on the Kiosk, a gentleman came in and wanted to know how long it would take to get20 Big Macs, manager told him 10 minutes, guess what he got his 20 burgers before I got my one meal, I was so confused, veryvery poor service, the worst fast food restaurant ever, well its definitely not fast. I really wish I could give 0 stars, ohand I spent $0 after waiting in line, and to be told we have no drinks. Whataburger here I come! Read more
I love using McDonald's app and its rewards. I ordered from the app and sometimes use my rewards. Once I parked on the curbside... and let them know I have arrived, it is super fast. I love that they have the 20 McChicken Nuggets with a basket of fries for adecent price and be able to feed the whole family. Read more
ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER. Every time I have been here something is always missing. It's honestly worth the extra drive to another... McDonald's or just go to Whataburger next door. I returned to this place after a year since I'm not really in the area anymore,but still the same result as last time; food missing and what is given isn't even on par with their standards. Had placed an order through the McDonald?s app for curbside pickup. This order had 3 baskets of fries and 3 20 piece boxes of... McNuggets. When order was delivered to my car, the bag seemed really light. Turns out they only gave me 3 10 piece boxes. Ishowed her my order on the phone. She (and another female employee) both explained to me that I got what I ordered since theydidn?t have 20 piece boxes. I said loudly enough for all to hear, ?can you multiply 3 times 20 and explain why I only have 30nuggets.? Two male employees tried to explain the situation to the females but they wouldn?t listen. Finally, the females agreedto give me 3 more boxes of 10. No apologies, just attitude! Read more
I want to thank this location, for motivating me to stop going to any McDonalds for good. Thank you for the lousy service! I?m... done with you. You know those self-serve kiosks, deceptively there so you don?t know if you?re supposed to use it or just go tothe counter? I fell for it, placed my order there. Of course, there?s no receipt paper and no way to prove you?ve ordered. Theyact like it?s so convenient and helpful. ?Just take a number tent to your table? we?ll bring everything right to you!? Well ,after 15 minutes I went to the counter and politely asked for my order - nothing was ready but he found the order after a minuteor two; manager was unkind and of course unapologetic, just a hassle. Anyway, I?m only complaining because the prices are somuch higher now while the customer is doing everything. Next step, we?ll be at the grill or fryer. So? I?m done and sograteful! Read more
Typical McDonald's visit so why not 5 star? Well they were a bit slow for a simple order, 2 hamburgers and apple pie. I had to... pull into a waiting spot and sit way longer than I think I should have had to for a staple menu item. Read more
