The male manager is awful. I called to complain about how they left fries off my order after telling the lady 4 times in the... drive through window a simple 10 piece meal with a small fries. When i called i asked for a manager. A male came to the phone. Iasked for his name to log who i spoke to and he did not identify himself getting upset and asked for my name. I gave him my nameand he still did not give me his. I asked why i could not have his name to log who is spoke to as i was not rude and did notcuss and he replied with "oh you aren't rude?" And hung up on me. I did nothing to deserve that. I simply wanted to know I wasactually speaking with a manager. This was awful and I didn't get my full order. This man does not deserve to be a manager andshould not be allowed to treat non hostile customers this way for simply asking for a name. Dont go to this location theydisrespect customers. What happend McDonald's? Looks like no one from corporate reads these reviews or they would see thisrestaurant is declining in service. Thats so sad. Read more
October 5, 2022 So if you go here don't do dine in, go to the drive though and then go inside. Waited 20 minutes for a happy... meal and a $3 deal and one person said they were waiting 40 minutes for their food, staff ignored me at the register because youcant add "mac sauce" for the item I wanted at the kiosk. They have have the lobby closed but there is clearly people in there. They told me to call the 1-800 number posted on the door... but they have the number shut off. The guy who gave me the food has very VERY poor customer service. I tried to tell him thenumber is not working and he turned away and closed the door behind him.(skinny guy with glasses) Read more

If I could give this Mc Donald?s a 0 star I would. If you go through the drive thru make sure you check your order before you... leave. We got two completely different burgers than what we ordered. We were already over halfway home when we realized andwe?re not willing to go all the way back. I called to let them know and ask for a refund.
