Horrible,slow service. Waited over 45 minutes for food. Somehow people who ordered after me all got their food. Asked a couple... of times on update on my food. Apparently someone put it aside and never filled it. Asked to speak to the manager 3 times beforeChris came over to talk to me. They were completely unorganized and customer service was horrible. Whats the point of having a phone if you won't answer tried 4 different times. Went by the morning orderd a bacon egg cheese... biscuit and got only a biscuit with bacon and cheese. Read more
They had no Dr P..no sprite . No bbq sauce..no ranch sauce I got 8 out 10 nuggets!! My husband asked me I ate the 2 before... coming home ????. I asked for cheeseburger light sauce and get ONLY ketchup This location sucks Also if you try and call noone answers. Read more
Placed and order for my kids on Postmates , my kids got no BOX or toy on thier order . I been calling since 3:50pm and no answer... in that location. I would have drove there but am in California. It was unfortunate my kids did not get what they wanted and amunable to go personally an complain. Why aloud us to order the New Cactus Plant Flea Market box if you will not send thecomplete order . Worst customer service ever, if I could deduct stars I would. I stood there, it seemed like forever. The lady behind counter saw... me several times and ignored me, i tried asking her for help, and she ignored me until I yelled out for someone to help me. Shesaid I needed to sign in to the keyosqe. I told o didn't want to. She turned around and ignored me again. I was so angry, Iwent to an other McDonald's. Every time I go there I have problems, I promised my self I wouldn't go there again, but therewhere no cars in front of building. This Mchas major issue's with staff. I will never go back again. The service was at its ultimate best last night. I can't recall the young man's name, but he was a young Caucasian man and was... very helpful to helping me get my order checked and making sure I didn't forget anything for my party. Highly recommend eventhough they are always very packed at this location but the service makes up for it ???? Read more
I just spent 45 minutes waiting inside for a 10 piece nugget meal and a quarter pounder meal. Not to mention wasting the gas in... my car because my kids are inside the car because it was taking so long inside but this was ridiculous. Never have I ever waitedso long at any fast food restaurant. At the end my order was waiting on fries for one of the combos so majority of my food wascold except for one medium fries. They absolutely don?t care about there customers considering the customer service along with absurd wait times. Consider going... to the bandera location (even if it?s farther/or out of your way), the employees are usually extremely nice, fast, and the foodis mostly hot and fresh. If you decide to use the 8107 TX-LOOP 1604 location ANYTIME, (In the evening especially) I guaranteeyou will wait indefinitely for a 4 piece nugget. I?m writing this review to save you time, money, and overall health. The owneronly responds to 2-3 star reviews along with the rare 5 star that is most likely associated with their business.
