As I ordered mine and my daughters orders the woman that took the orders was very rude and she was frustrated and very... unprofessional and our burgers were so gross and fries were very old dry and burned it was such a disappointment. This isn?t theonly time we have had such a waste of our money at this location yet we give it the benefit of the doubt yet there comes a timewhen we just need to draw the line for such awful customer service. This place never ever have anything like coffee, their cream pies, they have the pic of the stuff but they never ever have ... that after midnight. Or they closed for the moment been there atleast the last 5 times, and haven't had any luck. I don't gothere any more... Read more
Service was absolutely horrible. First of all we were in the drive thru & had to get attention to be served. Secondly, no one... was at the window to take our money so at window #2 the girl said I can take your money but I don't know how much. We ordered 4apple pies, then found out they only had 2. Got my kids happy meals today & they gave my child a burger that was bit off of!! I AM LIVID . There are so many diseases/... sicknesses going around at this point in time I am in shock that this happened . Corporate will be hearing from me. Read more
Got food poisoning was throwing up and had diarrhea. Because they didn't get my order right so I sent it back. Reported it to... the manager and nothing happened 10$ meal had me sick for 24hrs and had to miss work thanks McDonald's. Read more
Sent my brother to pick up breakfast and boy they got my order all messed up first I order sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal... ended up with a dam mcgriddle and a soda but the second order was correct. I called to speak to the manager on duty and which Idid and informed her of what happened all she said was we are short handed. Take accountability of your mistake and do not usethat as an excuse. I will never go here anymore. I USED to like going here for a quick ice coffee but then we, unfortunately, came across the girl... with the red braids. I gave her FIVE chances thinking maybe they were new and all five were a complete disaster. At a certainpoint it felt like we were specifically targeted whenever she would see us. She refused to honor a deal on the app or even takeour reward for for order. We were looking for a pastry and she kept trying to sell is another pastry but we didn't know what wason it. So instead of asking someone she just replies with, "it's sweet" in a very condescending tone. After that we had anotherencounter where she charged us for an extra item and refused to take it off or admit error and got confrontational with myfriend until I had to step in and just walk away. Like seriously? Why would you get aggresive over a common mistake thatcould've easily been adjusted? We didn't even touch anything in the bags so they could have just taken it. It was an entire mealthat we didn't notice until after we paid. We are 2 people, why would we need a 3rd meal??? Just overall disappointing.
