Food was good but not so nice folks at the counter! Arguing over who dumps the garbage and cleans tables!
I would give NO stars if I could. I ordered here thru doordash. I ordered a Quarter Pounder pack and a happy meal with a bottled... water. All that was delivered was the Happy Meal, bottled water, and a 14 count nugget! I?m an unsecured bag. Very rude staff member (white, blonde, heavy set female with tattoos). Didn't get her name because I was fuming. I ordered my... food on the touch screen and specifically put that I wanted BBQ and sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets. After checking my bagof food prior to leaving there were no sauces in my bag at all. When I proceeded to go to the counter and ask for it I was toldthat I would "have to pay for it". In which I replied "no I'm not because I put it on my order and wasn't given any". The heavyset female began to chime in with her back to me that "it's in the bag". When I asked her where it was in the bag she statedthat "it's in the bottom of the bag. Take everything out and look for it". I again took everything out of the bag and no saucesso I told her again and she just threw some in the bag with straight up attitude. I proceeded to let them know that I was sorrythat I was inconveniencing them by asking for stuff that I had previously ordered. Customer service here definitely lacks aswell as their professionalism. Very disappointed. Tried to call the # on the receipt to file a complaint and it is no longer aworking #. Tried to call the store directly multiple times to speak to a manager and no one would answer. I did not appreciatebeing called in not so many words a liar by the staff member and being asked to remove all of my food just to prove to her thatI did not receive any and have her just throw it at me in front of lots of other customers. Manager wasnt paying attention when she took the order and not only forgot a hashbrown. She also forgot the egg and cheese to... the biscuits I ordered and gave me a plain sausage biscuit and bacon biscuit. Gave signs of not liking her job so maybe shedoesnt need it and can give the opportunity to someone else. Read more
Made a order and can?t change certain items online so I tried calling 10 times and no answer and the driver asked to change the... item to my liking and was told they couldn?t be changed even though nothing was opened and still in a sealed bag in the storebefore leaving. Missing part of my order. The fry's we're cold and hard. They tasted old and greasy. After a few bites, I threw them in the... trash. Tried calling several times. No One Ever Answered. Read more
It's a nice enough McDonald's but inconvenient to someone who wants to pick up fast cause it's inside the Walmart. It's great... if you are already going into the Walmart. Though if you aren't then you will have to park and walk in because I've nevergotten anyone to come out for the curbside orders. Which btw is really hard to find cause it's in the pharmacy parking area. Read more
Small pick up order (20 nuggets and basket of fries) took more than 20 minutes which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering in... advance. This happened last Saturday but seems to be a bit of a trend w curbside orders. Occasionally they are quick but moreoften not compared to if we went through the drive thru. Read more
