One of the best McDonald?s I?ve gone to! I have children, and this location has a huge playground for kids. However, I don?t... give it a five star because the parking is pretty tight and when leaving the place, it becomes difficult because of the traffic.Sometimes our food is done pretty fast and other times it takes them a while. It is always clean and we ourselves try tomaintain it clean because is one of our favorite McDonald?s! This MdDonald's Sucks. Just left the drive through and the cashier was so rude. He didn't charge me for one of my breakfast... sandwiches. And then proceeded to say with attitude, "That's why I repeated it three times." When he didn't. He only repeated myorder once. I hate this location and I avoid coming here. Something's always happening where they aren't serving food I want orthe employees here are rude. He didn't even bother to charge me for what I wanted. Imagine to my surprise as I walk into this McDonald?s at 830am and nobody says hello. I also commented to an employee about how... unique the restaurant was. Come to find out the employee who I also returned my stale biscuit on my sausage,egg,cheese sandwichwas the manager. I?ve been to quite a few McDonald?s in San Antonio and I can?t even put into words to describe that if I was adistrict manager. We would have to have a talk. The lobby opened promptly at 7 A.M. I was greeted by a very pleasant young Woman. She took my order, repeated it back, and... brought it to me before I could even finish filling my cup at the fountain drink station. I was the first in the location.
