Foods goods as usual?my only upset was the Spuds weren?t available. (Lack of supply) The store wasn?t the cleanest but not bad,... it had just opened so expected it would be pretty clean. Update; We've been here several times and today, September 12th, everything was very good. It's still very cold inside however.... I increased my review from 3 stars to 4 stars. Update; We came back on October 16th. The food was somewhat better than our lastvisit. Hopefully they will continue to get better. We came here for the first time on July 13th. We were all disappointed. Thefood was ok, not very flavorful, somewhat dry, just not all that great. We've been to other locations and they were reallygood, which is why we were excited to come here, but left unhappy. Read more
Food is great but for an $18 meal, portion sizes are way significantly smaller here compared to Jasons deli which is a deal... breaker. Also that blackberry tea tastes horrible with a chemical/contaminated aftertaste and McAlister corporate franchise dontcare about customer feedback. Read more
I came here because a co-worker of mine walked in the office with a soup and sandwich. The location is near my work so I decided... to give it a try. This is a fairly new location so I expected better. I walked in and it looked cleaned so l ordered. I went towash my hands, before I opened the door I could smell urine. I immediately thought, the floor isn't clean...I was right.then Isaw the toilet and then the sink. Horrible. After carefully washing my hands, I head to a table. I chose the table with theleast amount of water rings and crumbs?the entire side was full of dirty tables, including the seats. I observed the workers andnoticed neither one really cared about the cleanliness. They would go to the tables after a customer left and pick up plates; Nowipe down or sanitation. I could see 3 employees standing behind the counter on their phones, having drinks and notreally caring about sanitizing. I would think with covid, there would be some sort of sanitation procedures happening. If theydon't uphold a standard of cleaning, I can only imagine how the kitchen looks. I have been to other mcallister?s and this one is to skip. Their floors are dirty and feel sticky on your shoes. Even more we... couldn?t find a clean table to sit and the a/c was on full blast cold you can?t even enjoy your food. We took our sandwicheshome and they were ok. I have to recommend another mcallister?s location cause the have some good sandwiches and soups, sorryguys. Read more
Have literally never tried McAlister's before but wanted a good Sandwich. I have to say being here 4 times and loving each visit... made me sure about giving it 5 stars. My girlfriend and I love this place to the max! So far I have tried the following: -French Dip - Mephian - Ruben - New Yorker - Grilled Chicken - Chipotle Chicken Spud - Spud Chips - Lemonade - Sweet Tea All theSandwiches are seriously, PERFECT. The meat : Fresh and Savory! The veggies : Crisp! The cheese and bread : Perfection! Iliterally can not eat a sandwich from anywhere else at this point. The atmosphere the employees, everything is great! The sidesare also stars in these shows, The Potato Salad, Actually Salad, the CHIPS oh my, all so so so good each and every time! The 3 time was not a charm. 1st time dine-in: BLT-A was burned, not enough avocado to add to the name ?A?, had to ask for... napkins a few times and when the dispenser arrived to the table it had only 4 napkins left. Some tables are uneven and shaky. Mytable was dirty, so as the one next to mine (and the restaurant was empty with plenty of talking to each other employees).Employees were slow and unfriendly. 2nd time: 2,5 hours before closing and they ran out of baked potatoes and not planning tocook more for today. Strange response, especially indicating that this is your menu hit. We left. 3rd time was a take-out: theapp didn?t allow me to place an order to pick-up at the window, so I had to select an option to pick inside. When I arrived myorder wasn?t ready, only after a few reminders and 10 minutes after the scheduled time I finally received my food (it was mylunch break, so of course every minute is counting). No apologies, nothing to make it right. And the most annoying this istheir music inside the restaurant: they are playing a regular radio station with lots of ads - it?s so unprofessional anddistracting. I like McAlister?s deli but this location needs a serious training on the customer service. Like many othercustomers mentioned: the service is not friendly nor attentive. Read more
The sandwiches and soups are really good! The kids pizza was also good but could be a bit bigger. I definitely recommend... placing your order online and picking it up in the drive-through. That was faster than when we went inside and ordered. Read more
