There was a terrible smell when we walked in. We later found that it came from the disgusting men's room. The cashier was... sullen, the fruit was old, and the tea tasted off. We used to love McAlister's in OK, but we won't be back to this one. Read more

Food was good, had not patronized this establishment in about 2 years. Did and service had slipped. Got a build your own... sandwich and it was excellent. Was not very busy but employees seemed engaged Read more

My favorite location. Was upset with the service i received here a few weeks ago from the staff but manager, who just happened... to fix my order, took care of everything. Mistakes won't deter me from going back because he's a great guy who always makes thevisit worth it. Update: went again today and great experience, per usual. Anthony is the best?????? Read more

Fast, friendly, clean and delicious. It's a great relaxed place to enjoy a casual lunch and have a conversation with your... friends. All kinds of sandwiches and potatoes, including vegetarian and vegan options. Overall McAlister's deli is a pretty darngood option for lunch. Read more

Spent 20 minutes in line, was called by the grumpy female cashier and she informed me that they are out of spuds, no apologizes,... nothing. Why not to make a note in the door since this is their staple menu item? Half of the line behind me left after they?veheard the cashier. Another problem with this location: the app doesn?t have an option to add cheddar-jack to the spud. Broughtto personnel?s attention multiple times, they assured to fix it and nothing is fixed. I try to use the app to save my lunch timebut have to stay in line and then wait for the order for a long time. The location has the cheddar-lack option if I place anorder in person. With other location I visit sometimes I didn?t notice this issue. This problem prevented me from ordering a biglunch for my colleagues, I ordered from Panera in the same area. Overall, the service is always unfriendly and the food (in mostcases) prepared very sloppy (but it?s conveniently located), they often forget utensils for the to-go order, and when asked anextra pickles - it was never given. Dirty tables throughout the dining area. Bathroom smell very unappealing, I mean it's a bathroom but this is on a different... level. Only 2 customers but the 5 staff are busy talking. Our order took more than 15 minutes to receive. Tasted good is onlyplus. Our Memphian had a piece of roast beef the size of a fingernail and was failed to be informed that the southwest avocadochicken salad is short the avocado because of nationwide shortage. Employees are playing rock paper scissors instead ofcleaning. Probably not returning. Read more

Took 20 mins to get our food and it literally looks like a 5 year old made this. Where is the meat? At one point the employees... were all no where to be found. Tables were dirty but what?s new? This location has gone down the toilet so bad and I won?t becoming back. Make the extra drive and go to the one on 1604 if you want a better experience. Read more

It's been awhile since I've been to this McAllisters. Same issue, place is dirty and no one to pick up the tables yet alone... sweep the floor. Plenty of employees so that was not the issue. Took some photos but they don't do justice of how the placereally looked. One of the photos has two employees looking at a cell phone never turned around to help me. If the place is sodirty how can the food be good?! Read more
