I normally don?t do bad reviews, please see my profile I only publish 5*s BUT the service over here was probably the worst I... have ever experienced. To the owner: please hire better better, and to the employees: please do better! We waited almost an hourfor 2 pizzas, there were people who ordered after we sat down got their food and started eating. Every time we ask for our pizzathey kept saying it?s in the oven and will be out in 5 ish minute ( we asked 3 times from the 30 min mark), and when we decidedthis was not worth starving to death for, I asked for a refund, they bring out one pizza at the 55 min mark and says the otherones in the oven and will be out soon. At this point we just want to leave ! One of the employees took my receipt issued therefund, I just asked for some clarification and she says and I quote ? this will be refunded in 5-10 business days, CANT YOU seeit here?. Please save your money and time and try a dominos , that?s what I ended up doing after this. UPDATE: one week afterthis review, ABSOLUTELY nothing has happened. Their "Old World Pepperoni" is awesome. It's crispy and with regular pepperoni it makes the pizza a Fav... Also, love the... buttery crust. Always encounter friendly service at Patranco location. Read more
