Very nice employees here I?m always getting my ice cream from here at least 4 times a week

The girls who work here either don't know what they are doing or don't care. One was talking on the phone through her airpods... the whole time. The other helping us didnt even mix anything, she just threw it on top. Read more

Great icecream. I got a banana split and changed the normal icecream to fit my cravings. The sweet cream icecream was so good.

The guy with the tattoo sleeve was in a bad mood and not afraid to show it. Seemed very aggravated with just my presence. Also... seemed particularly upset when he looked at my receipt and probably noticed no tip. Sorry I don?t tip people who are justaggravated about taking my order, and shoving the ice cream down instead of handing it to me. Look we all have bad days or maynot like our job, but we should all at least try to provide some good customer service, which this place lacks. Read more

Staff was very rude & no one with name tags on, one girl particularly tall and wearing glasses was the rudest , my groupon says... unlimited toppings and I showed her my Groupon & she said the max you can have is 4 toppings, so now I?m wondering is Grouponwrong ? Or is this employee making up her own policies cause she doesn?t feel like helping out a paying customer ? No spoons ornapkins were offered, we felt rushed and pushed out , we will never be coming back to this location. Very disappointed in themanager to let this type of employees to run that location. They rush you to decide what you want, they let about 4 people behind us, go in front because they were under pressure by the... manager or owner or whoever he was. Ordered 2 regulars and 3 smalls. They didn't mix the smalls and they put the same amount ofice cream, in all 5. They just put the ice cream in the cup and tossed the ingredients on top. Charged is $35 for 5 ice creams.Not going back and letting everybody we know, they rip you off here. Read more

Sweet cream with Oreos hits the spot. But anything you choose and mix is really good. I suggest getting the smallest ice cream... cup because it?s very sweet and it?s just the right portion. Read more
