I have ordered a cookie cake from this location twice, with yesterday being the second time. The first time I ordered online,... and yesterday I called the order in. Both times I ordered before 11:00 am for pick-up after 5:00 pm. Both times when Iarrived, the "decorator had left for the day" and had "forgotten to decorate" my cookie cake. The first time, the owner wasthere and called him back up to the store to decorate my cookie cake. I waited approximately 40 minutes. Yesterday, the ownerwasn't there, so I requested a phone number to call him. The young girl working was very apologetic and nice. She called theowner for me and handed me the phone. She had also started trying to decorate the cookie, but it wasn't her job. She did herbest, but in her own words, "it looked horrible". My family loves cookie cakes, but I will not do anymore business with thislocation. I will drive out to the new location in Spring Branch. Read more
