This place is so ridiculous!!! Customer service at its worst. Tea tasted super old. when asked for extra ice she rolled her eyes... and still lut the bare minimum. We stopped in to get a cookie for our son. The 2 girls working didn't seem too enthused at us ordering a cookie for our... son. They seemed irritated that I wanted to pay for it beforehand and then come back later to pick it up as we finished ourback to school shopping. She told me that I would have to pay for the cookie before they could start making it, and I told herthat that was what I was asking to do. Even though her demeanor wasn't customer oriented, we still ordered the cookie for ourson. Despite the fact that they didn't seem very interested in our business, when we came back later to pick it up, the cookiefor our son looked really really nice and we were happy with it. We hope the next time, service will be a little better and therating will go up. Considering I could've went to HEB and paid less for a larger cookie, they should keep that in mind. Read more

The manager Elsa is extremely rude! I'm a previous worker, and she used to sale rotten brownies, and expired sweet tea to the... customers. She takes advantage of the staff, and is lazy. DO NOT BUY COOKIES FROM HERE, you will get sick. She has so respectfor the consumers and has a stealing problem, and the owners are worse. COMPLAIN to CORPORATE. Not the owners.
