Reviews for Great American Cookies in San Antonio, TX
Ordered a cake hours in advance. They didn?t make it. I was late to event I was going to. The teenagers running the booth are... licking their fingers touching their hair the whole time they are preparing and serving food. Absolutely so gross. If my frienddidn?t ask for this cookie cake for her birthday, I would have left. I will not eat this, based on how gross everything is andhow unprofessional it is. Read more

There?s nothing like taking a bite out of a heavenly chewy chocolate chip cookie with an ice cold drink on the side after a long... day of shopping (especially with kids!) Original chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal and raisin, seasonal red velvet andgingerbread cookies. Whatever your heart desires - this GAC has it! I?m a regular at this location. I sometimes drive from thefar west side when I have a craving. So delicious and always fresh. Employees are attentive and happy to help. Keep it up! Read more
Ordered a dinosaur cookie for my youngest sisters 8th birthday. What was order vs received is an absolute atrocity and joke of... a product. How this was anywhere acceptable to send out as a final product is a direct failure of everyone there. Train youremployees to produce quality products, not this utter having questionable head having lizard. Will never use this company again Read more
The cookies are very delicious from here. It's nice to be about to add a drink on for only .99 cents. However, I wasn't very... happy the girl ripped me off a few dollars and I had to ask for it to be corrected. Read more
Their cookies are normally fresh and they are normally friendly. Last time there was a wait but the mall?s AC was out and I... don?t blame them for moving slow in that heat! However, I used to be an asst. manager at one of these and the display is prettymessed up. If you only have a small tray to put the brownies out, don?t put all the brownies on them and have them hanging overthe edge, it looks really bad. Also because all your brownie trays were packed and put out in one big block, I imagine peopledidn?t think they were good. Try spacing them apart by putting only a few on one tray (giving the illusion that people havepurchased some without making it look empty at all! Our location did three by two or two by one depending on the tray size;really pretty/organized set up for brownies) just a helpful tip. Read more
