I'm not gonna lie, this place has some of the worst customer service at this mall. I'd say about most of the staff is unfriendly... and some even give weird stares or look at me like I'm interrupting them from browsing the internet 247 on their phone. Onto thecookies? Half the time they're hard and stale, sometimes they're edible and very rarely are they fresh and what you pay for. 3+dollars for 2 hard and stale cookies sounds like a ripoff to me. I had take my cookies from the kiosk back to the main store andask for them to be microwaved because they were so hard. One of like two nice ladys there just offered me freshly bakedreplacements instead. Unbelievable I'd even have to do that. Read more
