One star is too high. Service is horrible, the inside is disgusting and unclean, and an outhouse is better than these bathrooms.... On top of that, they are out of many of their ice creams, and the air conditioning is not on, just fans running. Slab is broken so there is no mixing toppings. They only told us that after we had ordered and handed our ice cream with a side... bowl of toppings. Then after waiting for the girl at the register to get off the phone and acknowledge us she couldn?t ring usup because she didn?t know how many scoops we had. We had ordered an item off the menu, not a specific scoop count. On top ofthat it is cooler outside then Inside and that?s saying a lot for San Antonio in June. Maybe that?s why the employees areshoving spoonfuls of ice cream in thier mouths. All in all I would say go somewhere else. Read more

I am truly surprised to see so many negative reviews for this location. I popped by earlier today with my boyfriend just to grab... some cups of ice cream and was impressed to see so many flavors available. The employee was patient as I asked to sample two ofthe flavors which I ended up ordering and my boyfriend also tried one. She quickly scooped our ice cream, inquired about toppingchoices, and helped us check out. We sat down to eat our ice cream and ended up eyeing the cookies & cream stuffed cookie -that?s right.. an oreo stuffed inside of a cookie - YUM. We ordered 4 since they are running a special where if you buy 3, youget 1 free. The place was clean from the counters to the tables and the floors. The staff was friendly & the ice cream wasdelicious. I had a scoop of coconut & a scoop of amaretto ice cream. My boyfriend had coconut & birthday cake & we both enjoyedit very much.
