Food was great and tasted amazing, I loved the Dahi puri and Dosa. But be warned they don't have AC so if it's during the day... the inside can be 90+ degrees and if it's summer over 100 and they aren't going to fix it. If you look at reviews they go backas far as 4 years ago complaining the AC is out. I'm still giving 5 stars based on how great the food was. Read more

We decided to eat lunch at this place seeing all the reviews but we were certainly disappointed. We ate Non-veg Thali & Bombay... Non-veg thali. Non veg thali had mutton curry, fish curry & chicken curry, huge rice bowl, rasam, sambar & eggplant sabzi, drychicken. Bombay thali was similar but with butter chicken and paneer curry replacing mutton and fish curry. Both these curriestasted extremely sweet. Basically we did not like any curry except for rasam. It is heavy South Indian flavor. Will notrecommend if you are from any other area of India. The person serving us did not know the contents of thali that wasdisappointing. Would have gone for Idli or dosa if I knew the contents. Baigan sabzi was sad. $15.99 per thali was very high forthe kind of taste. I would not recommend. If you are from south India you can try. I went for dinner with my family to this place in San Antonio last night and had a very worst experience . This place was too... hot they have AC and fans too but still it is very hot . I have ordered chicken ambur Biryani this is the worst Biryani . TheBiryani was very old and it tasted very bad and the chicken was like rock hard . My husband ordered for kottu Paratta which wasok and chicken pallipalayam was not tasting good so couldn?t eat that . We had some egg bonda and idly with all chutneys wasGood. Customer service needs to be improvised . I was really disappointed with the food and it is not worth for the money. After few hours this food made me sick and had to deal with stomach pain whole night . TheManagement team requesting youplease for sake of making money please don?t put people?s life at risk by serving unhealthy and stale food . Read more

I can?t even put into words how amazing this meal was. My mother and I got non vegetarian thali, one of each and shared. One of the best tamil non-vegetarian restaurants I had eaten from in the US. My wife and I ordered a plate of Medu vadai, masala... dosa, Pallipalayam Chicken, lemon rice, and sugarcane juice. They even made a fresh lime juice when i requested, which was notin their menu. All of the food that we had ordered tastes excellent. Especially the Pallipalayam chicken, it is really spicy andtasty at the same time. Their chutneys served with vadai and dosa was really good. Cocnut chutney tastes fresh and onion chutneytastes different. They had very good customer service, from the person who took our order, server and even the cashier were sonice and asked about the food and experience.
