I've been going to Luby's since I was a little kid. Their food is always consistently good. I really like the fried fish and... their homemade tartar sauce is out of this world!! Haven't been here since I was in school, but my Uncle Jessie worked for them the last 8 years. He passed & Luby's showed our... family the love they have for my uncle. This Luby's location has wonderful customer service! Our server was so attentive that I looked over a discrepancy with my plate.... The chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes did not disappoint. My daughter had a steak, that she was very happy with. I dorecommend this location. ???? Read more
Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. My blind guest, his guide dog and I stopped by for lunch around 11:30am. Everyone... was super friendly and helpful. Once they realized my guest was blind, they did a great job at taking care of him. Theydescribed the dishes for him and even carried his tray to an empty table without him needing to ask for assistance. Veryimpressed!! Way to go, Luby's!! Read more
My girlfriend and I dined at this location on 7/24 at around 11:45am. The country fried steak was bland and there was more... breading than the steak. Also, the breading was undercooked, and the corn was too crunchy as if it was also undercooked. Theonly reason why I gave this rating five stars, it wasn't because of the food but the service from Beverly was OUTSTANDING. Shewas very professional and was always attentive to our needs. While the food was 2 stars, the service from Beverly was amazingand she deserves a raise. Read more
Had not been to Luby's for about a year. Met friends their for a nostalgic dinner. Had liver & onions, which was tasty and a... fish Lu Ann plate which was warm at best, the rolls seemed smaller. It seems warm vs. hot food is the norm at Luby's, hopefullyit was a one off. Will try again to see how it fairs. Read more
