The food is always good, margaritas ???? were great. They took a little longer with my friend's meal and to make up for it, got... a dessert on the house. Stopped here for dinner to avoid the rush hour traffic after an uneventful shopping trip. It was slow a little after 5:00 pm.... Most of the staff were on their phones, but the place was pretty empty. But by the time my wife and I decided to leave, theplace was starting to fill up. Went to this Longhorn Steakhouse by North Star Mall on a Saturday night on 3/26/22 for my moms bday and my experience was not... good at all, I always order the rib eye outlaw and I always order it medium well, this was not medium well, I sent the steakback twice and they still didn?t get it right?manager didn?t even come out to apologize or anything. It had been a while since I had been to the Longhorn Steakhouse, but I went for a birthday dinner celebration. The wait was very... long, an hour and forty-five minutes, and the indoor waiting area was closed off so we were forced to wait outside, and needlessto say, it was hot outside. Nevertheless our hostess was kind and she repeatedly apologized for the long wait, and we reallyappreciated that. We were a party of eleven so we understood. When we were finally seated and we ordered our meals, it took avery long time to actually get our food. I've been to many restaurants with groups even larger than this and did not have towait that long but there were no reasons or apologies given. The food finally arrived and everything looked and tasteddelicious. I ordered the chicken fried chicken with asparagus and a sweet potato and it was perfect. I wouldn't recommend goingthere in a group larger than maybe six, but in terms of the food, I highly recommend it. Read more
If you want a good steak, great service and ambiance; this is the place for you! I came here on a Sunday evening and there was... no wait. Our server was very professional and helpful. He helped me choose my steak and I wasn?t disappointed. I ordered theLonghorn Ribeye on the bone with a salad and baked potato. My partner ordered the Flo Filet with a Lobster Tail, a salad andbaked potato. We also had a margarita and a wine glass. We followed our dinner with an awesome Molted Lava Cake. I?ll start with the delicious wings, they were crunchy and had SO much chicken. Super tasty too. Lastly I?ll end with the HAIR... in my salad and sadly I ate almost all of it till I found it. And no it wasn?t my hair bc my hair is black not blonde lol andour waitress wasn?t very attentive. They did take the salad off the ticket but it?s still disgusting how there was a hair.
