Amazing customer service. Food is delicious and waitress service was spectacular (highly recommend Andres - he was our waitress)

First of all, I ordered food for my daughter since we arrived because she was very hungry , but the waiter forget it and we get... her plate after almost one hour . We wait too long to get our food as well , the steak was over cooked, I asked to change it forme and it took around 20min more . I ending up didn?t eat my dinner and everything goes so wrong. Aways a favorite steak place! We had a table of 8 for my nephews graduation from UTSA. Food was cooked correctly and waiter... did a great job keeping beverages filled. We visited Longhorn Steakhouse for a celebration dinner. We were seated very quickly (for a party of 8). the waiter never let... the glasses empty and the food was delicious and fast. Longhorn Steakhouse is my favorite steak place. The steaks are seasoned and have salty juicey meat flavor. I've eaten many... different things there and everything is good. I usually will get the fire grilled t-bone, lamb chops, chicken fried steak,ribeye, or the renegade sirloin with a parmesan crusted chicken. I love the setting too. Its a dim room with wood tables andbooths with cowboy decor but it comes across as elegant. I actually prefer Longhorn to overpriced fancy steakhouses that don'tdeliver taste for the value of your dollar. Read more

This is one of two locations that I really like. The service and food have been very consistent. I normally order a ribeye... sometimes plain or bone-in. Love to get my streaks with the 7 pepper seasoning which adds so much more flavor. The steaks almostalways come medium well just like I prefer. The sides are equally great. Like the fact that they take the time to create me ablue cheese like salad which is phenomenal. The homemade bread is a bonus. Can't wait to come back! Highly recommended. Read more

This was definitely one of the best Steak restaurants in town. The Chef in this restaurant cooked my Steak to perfection. #Next... Level Chef. Also, the waitress did an outstanding job recommending the type the type of sides and entrees that were popular.Overall friendly service, great food and I will return in the future. Read more
