Worst place to go to during lunch. I went through the force through, they told us to park due to the food not being ready so I... go park in the front, sit there and chic chat with my co-worker then I look at my time and notice that I had 8 minutes beforehaving to go back to work. I go into the restaurant and ask what's going on with my order, well come to find out, they haven'teven started on my order, two cars after me had already gotten their orders. So I told the manager that I wanted my money backand had to get my card from my car but my co-worker still wanted her lunch so I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my food!Manager was a little rude. He did explain that they were short handed but myself having management experience, the first thing Iwould have done was let the customers know that they were short handed and that it may take some time to get the orders out!! Waited over an hour and a half (30mins in line and over an hour after ordering.) to get my food. The kid inside said ?Sorry... we?re short staffed, and I forgot about your order.?, while he was the only one running around actually working. I feel sorryfor Paul (the kid working.) but this is poor management. You have several other people just standing around doing absolutelynothing. Unfortunately my order was incomplete and it?s just unacceptable. I called the store and no answer. So I came to leavethis review as well as email corporate. Read more
Our food was hot and delicious and the service was very friendly. There were some other customers that came in that were... extremely rude because they had to wait a few minutes longer than what they were hoping for and I understand that, but thepeople were working as fast as they could when problems arose and they were polite, a little quiet, but still polite and when wedid get our food, it took probably about between 10 and 15 minutes but it was hot and it was fresh and it was very delicious andthey checked on us several times cuz we dined in. I think sometimes people forget all the times when they have made mistakes orweren't performing perfectly and needed a little bit of mercy and patience. I'm glad for all the people who have showed me mercyand patience when I needed it. So I'm more than willing to give it to those who I can see are actually trying and even if it wasbad service you can say things and approach things the right way without lowering yourself to that level of pompous selfrighteousness. Just went and ordered Popcorn shrimp. Took a few minutes, but I think there was only one person running the whole restaurant AND... I had to place my order at the window, so understandable. However, when I finally checked, it was only half popcorn shrimp andthe other half was pieces fish breading? Neither of which tasted good. Sorry. Read more
Was there for 30 minutes never got my food. I decided to ask for a refund and left. If I wanted to wait that long I would've... went to a real restaurant not fast food place. So I'm still hungry and going to get something else. The workers look tired,depressed, and overworked. Very bad atmosphere. Read more
