I love Loretta! She is an absolute gem in the fast food industry. She was very patient and did her best to give me the most food... for my money. Unfortunately, the chicken wasn't quite up to their normal standards. That may have been due to the quantityordered (18), though. I'm willing to give them another shot, just because Loretta is employed there and I know she was aimingfor the best customer experience. Read more

There was a sign in the drive thru saying the speaker broken, to order at the window? not a problem. The employees were nice,... but the food was not good. Extra soggy with oil, it all tasted as if it had been sitting a while. I hate wasting money on BS. Read more
Sign on speaker says pull up due to speaker not working. I pull up to the window and after 5 minutes of sitting there a worker... finally comes up and say they only have 2 fish, and blah blah blah left. He then said hold on let me check and comes back andsaid the manager took out the drawer...so he closed the store early at 815 pm..this location used to be good it's worse everytime I come .I hope it close down with bots sorry customers service. Well they locked the doors and force everyone to go through the drive thru even though it's all old food fish and dried up &... stuck together hush puppies with extra oil and stale. I'm literally so disgusted I don't think I'd be going back to for years ifever. Truly truly a horror show. Sad too because that used to be such a great location. Never again. Read more
First off for $14 the fish was cold, containers of tarter sauce were only half filled if that. No drive thru box was still after... years not working (had to drive up to the window) for them to take my order. Read more
