Restaurant dingy and messy. Ketchup in pump dispenser tasted old and bitter. Fish was tough and greasy. Chicken was small and... not hot just warm. Tea also tasted old. Never again will I visit this location. Read more

This is the worst Long John's I've ever eaten at we went at 920p and the Lil boy working the drive thru said they were closed.... But I specifically called during the day to see what time they closed She said dining room closes at 9p and that drive thruclosed.at 10p. Then when we were waiting for the food we saw the guys dunking and dunking the food didn't think of anything buthe was doing that because he must have been putting our food in the cold oil. He was mad because In assuming because we showedup at 920p and they close at 10p My food has never been so greasy I have pictures my husband's hand looks like they were wet butit was just the grease. I've worked fast food. It's not hard to cook. But they manage to mess up our dinner. This will be thelast time I ever eat there. I hope those boys learn how to cook and how to treat customers. I was the only one there and the hottest thing on my plate was the corn. The fish was luke warm, the hush puppies were cold and... the root beer was warm...I don't understand if your not crowded (literally i was the only customer ordering and only one otherperson was eating) and what's worse, i think the district manager was there at the same time (SMH). Worst LJS I have ever been too food was cold and stale. Corn was brown. Then when I call about the food the lady that answered... and said she was manager/Store manager she was just like oh it was have got burned in the pan. Um ok but why would you give itout like this. Even when ordering the same lady that said she was manager was rude like she did want to be at her job. Justworst experience ever. Read more
