Good experience here. We ordered online and that process was easy enough and pickup was a breeze. The staff was friendly and... food was good. No order inaccuracies or quality problems and that's surprising these days, many fast food restaurants usuallyforget something or wait times are long. Long John Silvers are fewer and fewer but it was great to still be able to get to onehere on Walzem. Only issue? The parking lot/drive thru here needs paving and the building needs some work on the outside, it'srough. Read more
The restaurant itself could use updating but the food was hot and fresh and the service was great. The staff was kind friendly... and went out of their way to accommodate 2 restless little ones that were with us. Who does that? Read more
The cashiers were very pleasant and made you feel welcome, however the place needs to be cleaned more often. As far as the food... it was super salty and greasy. It was hard to eat because of the salt and the grease. Read more
The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and made the food quickly. This location was even in the old style I remembered... from my childhood (not a modern generic location sharing a kitchen with either a KFC or A&W). I absolutely loved my experiencehere and I'll be going back regularly. Read more
Fairly good, but just getting too expensive for fast food fish. I was in a hurry, or I could have probably had the fish and... bottomless fries at Red Robin for about the same price (2 people can share one of those big plates) and Red Robin fish alwaysvery good, thank cod! Read more
Really bad experience I will never come back again all staff including the manager especially the manager I walked in an the... cashier said I?ll be right with you ok I?m in no hurry until I been standing waiting for almost 20 min an still no service so iask the manager when can I place my order he said when we catch up on our order from drive though said it in a rude manner Iwould not recommend this location for anyone. Chicken and fish meal was excellent and I got tons of crumblies! I haven't had ljs in forever and I missed it. They gave me tons... of sauces and napkins and everyone from the ordering box to the window was very polite. I had to ask for the drink that I hadpaid for, but then they gave it to me right away. Every place is understaffed right now and waiting 30 seconds for my soda isn'ta reason to subtract a star. delicious! Bad parking lot, with lots of potholes though so be careful. Read more
Classic! Yeah yeah I've heard how unhealthy Long John's is but be honest we don't eat out to eat healthy! Now that I got that... out of the way I can OMG I LOVE THE FRIED CRUNCHIES!! And my dog and always share the fried clams (I think it's clams). LOL Ilove their fish and shrimp too. Read more
