The cashier didn't repeat our order n when we got to the window she only had that we ordered only 1 meal when we ordered 2 she... didn't suggest anything n our food was kinda of stale ok but stale like it was sitting there for a while n it was just thrown inthe box all mixed up when we were paying she didn't bother to ask if we wanted anything to drink we were gonna get something butjust got the food n came straight home to eat our costly disappointment of a meal I don't understand how everything was the wayit was if it wasn't busy either inside or drive-thru n it looked like there was a total of 5 people working everything should'vebeen fresh and with as many employees that were working also should've been really fast at the end of it all I was missing 1piece of chicken n 2 shrimp from my order hopefully tomorrow I'm able to get ahold of a manager in the restraunt and hopefullythey will fix my order Read more
I visit LJS frequently and was totally disappointed in my food. Fish and shrimp was not cooked well. It definitely came out of... the fryer too soon. Batter not crunchy but soft and separating from food. Truly Nasty ????, fries also not cooked long enough.My chicken and hush puppies were the only thing good. The manager here is always helping her staff, not lazy, I see her running around making sure everything is OK. She gets the... orders right. The food is fresh and tastes absolutely delicious. My favorite is the fish and shrimp platter. I always come here.It is affordable and not overpriced. Read more

Friendly and helpful staff. Cleanest fast food restaurant I have seen in a while. Service was fast. This staff needs to be... commended by there GM. Food was perfect, not heavy or greasy. This review is focused on the online ordering process, which was frustrating. The website is highly interactive with the system... politely correcting an errant user; a good thing. However, when it came time to check out, payment details were requested. Thecard to be used for payment was input; after that, the processed looped back to the page asking for payment details. Afterseveral tries, the process was abandoned altogether and the order was placed at the drive thru. The order taker spoke clearly,and the speaker was in good working order. The cashier was polite and attentive. A free whole cake, not featured with the familymeal ordered was presented with the meal. Food was up to LJS quality standards. Three stars for satisfying food, friendly staff,but an aggravating online experience. Read more
Fish was fresh, but Mr Long John needs to step up his fry game. Fries and chicken were old and cold.
Worst experience ever, was in the drive thru over 30 mins, they said they were holding on food, so have the car in front pull... over, After I got to the window and paid another 10 min wait, asked for NO tartar sauce I wanted only cocktail sauce, got homeNO cocktail sauce, only tartar and ketchup.
