The ?ultimate supreme? looks more like a pepperoni pizza its sad and the staff always has an attitude.
The Pizza and wings are ok for "food on the budget". It's my 1st time at this particular store. The young lady at the drive... though window was extremely rude. Absolutely lacks customer service etiquette. Glad Little Ceasars has the app where you canplace your order easily and pick it up without having any interaction with incompetent employees. I ordered and waited 10 minutes at the window honking and knocking on the window while the girl inside and manager were arguing... with another customer. Pulled up drive thru and stated have an app order, lady stated pulled up. When window girl was how hello, I told her I have an... app order for my name, she was what? I repeated and she then said what app? DoorDash etc etc with attitude. I was under my ownname on Ceasers app. She then said hold on and checked with someone else and they seemed lost. Then got some box from themheaded metal boxes shelves and handed to me. Well it had some other persons name on it. Tried to let them know maybe got someoneelse?s order and nope they didn?t bother to see or care. I opened and at first looked right. But then when home it?s was not theone I ordered. This is the 3rd time that the crew at this Ceasers had forgotten that I was waiting for an order. I placed a simple order for 3... hot and ready. For 35 minutes I waitied as they severed everyone else. And only after they decided I waited long enough did theyask if i was waiting on an order. You guys have the audacity to still charge full price as well? I would have left if I hadn'tpaid for the pizza im advanced. And when they finally handed me the order.
