The Service Is TERRIBLE and the employees are incompetent. One thing I cant stand is STUPIDITY. I went through drive thru... ordered a hot n ready and cheese sticks. They said they had no cheese sticks( 1 month no cheese sticks). I drive up to thewindow and the cashier JOSHUA B. tells me the total for the hot n ready is 7.09 with tax. I hand him a 20.00 he comes back tothe window and tells me that they are out of change and if that was ok. I said fine thinking that the LOGICAL thing he would dois give me 13.00 back and be short 9 cents on his till. This guy gives me 12.00 dollars back. I kept trying to explain it to himthat he was taking 91 cents from me instead of me taking 9cents from him. He just could not comprehend what I was trying to tellhim. So I ask for the manager thinking they would have someone with a little common sense in charge. NOPE. same thing. It waslike the blind leading the blind. They could not understand that if they gave me 13 dollars they were going to be short 9 centsinstead they refused and gave me 12 dollars and STOLE 91 CENTS from me. Kind of a tight squeeze when driving up through the drive thru area. Other then that Very friendly employees here, the food was... made fresh & the customer service was great. The staff is just unprofessional and plain ghetto! The girl at the counter taking the orders and bringing them to the counter... was just plain Lost and on top of that very rude! i waited an hour for my pizzas?The staff looked lost and just had nomanagement or direction! what a shame and this reflects directly on the manager/supervisor and general manager! Went for a hot and ready pizza had to wait in the parking lot for awhile. drive thru screen was broken so I couldn't see the... menu.3 stars only cause my pizza was good not perfect but pretty good Read more
There was a fly cooked into my pizza! Customer service was horrible. Little kids running the store and not tending to customers... you could hear laughing and everyone running around even a little kid came out from the back that wasn?t an employee. Trash. Read more
Horrible staff and slices of doughy pizza. The pizza was disgusting...the son of a gun wasn't even cooked all the way....there's... always hobos lingering round these parts or in back of building where drive thru is ...drive thru never works so we gotta orderat the window...one time some pregnant employee was really rude...skip this area all together nothing but junkies anddrunkies... An employee was just heard saying if they don't want to wait 30 minutes they can go somewhere else.. because someone asked about... a doordash order. They don't pay attention to the orders coming in and their excuse is that it's only two of them. Maybe someoneneeds to hire better or more people.
