Just picked up a ?Hot & Ready? pizza from this location on Austin Hwy, that wasn?t very hot at all! Perhaps they should change... the name to ?Old & Cold? pizza and sell at a discount! I brought it home, and had to reheat it myself, just to avoid any furtherdelay. But Little Caesars quality has really gone down lately, I remember when they had some pretty decent pizza back in theday. Sucks how times have changed! Read more
Horrific customer service. Went to drive through, nobody answered. I kept saying hello, no response. Went inside, took them like... twenty minutes to make a hot and ready that was lukewarm at best. And I thought my customer service was bad. Lol Awful.. Read more
Pizza has been decent when you can get 1. But customer service needs a lot of work, wait times are ridiculous. And you can't... advertise "Hot and Ready" pizzas, then tell people there's a 15-20 minute wait. That's not hot and ready. That's order and wait.Defeats the purpose completely. Read more
horrible. went there last week and was told that they were out of mountain dew, pepsi, crazy bread, bacon, sausage, pepperoni,... cheese, and pizza dough. so obviously i had to throw hands because there was no crazy bread. it goes without saying that iobviously won, i beat that rat with the weird hat from harry potter so hard that even the popo couldn't stop me. anyways i wentto the back and met the baddie goth girl from teen titans but i was outraged cause wheres my crazy bread?? i shoved her asideand went to the freezer where that ugly duckling from chicken little was just chilling (she looked kinda blue tho ngl). so ibrought out my jumbo 80oz buccees tumbler and scraped some ice from the top of the freezer and grabbed a liter of mug root beerand destroyed the door on my way out. I am giving a 5 star , for the employees. Always nice. And for as busy as they are , with a small team , they always are there ,... pushing out the pizza. Pizza ingredients however, not the best. But for a cheap pizza , it's ok. Read more
Just save your money from this location. I had order just one hot and ready and crazy bread from the app. I got there and there... drive thru speaker was not working. I tried calling multiple times to see if I can cancel the order and no one would answer. Ittook almost 45 minutes for one pizza and crazy bread. I didn?t want to wait in line but the payment had already gone through :(when we got the order the crazy bread looked as if someone squished it and the pizza was cold. Just save your time and money andgo to another one if possible. Not worth it at this location. Read more
Great service, even though they were super busy probably short handed, but girl still was very professional, but, they forgot to... give me my pizza correctly, i requested pineapple on my pizza, got charged for it, but when I got home, NO pineapple on mypizza, just didn't wanted to waste time going back. Front Service was outstanding, but didn't got what I paid for. Read more
I'm new to San Antonio however, I've came twice to this location and they never have pizzas ready. Whats the point of a drive... through if you send us around to wait on what's supposed to be "hot and ready" pizza? Read more
