I placed my order in the drive-thru and was asked to park and wait. More than 35 minutes went by and no pizza. The parking lot... that was full went I got there was now empty. The cars behind me in the drive-thru were gone as well. When I went in to check onthe status of my pizza, the girl in front was extremely rude. When I asked her for an explanation and/or an apology, her wordswere, ?I don?t need to apologize to you, I didn?t take your order.? This store has the worst customer service, the worst productand the worst wait times. I?m out of chances for this place. Read more
Waiting in the drive through over 45 minutes to an hour and still no pizza. Went inside to cancel my order and get refunded .... This was over 3 weeks ago and still no refund. They claim it?s my bank who is at fault. One employee said wait 10 to 15 days.Waited and called back and another employee said it was refunded that same day. Never going back ever!!!!! Bad business. This experience was wild. At the window they told me to park in slot one and ?it should be coming out, now or I don?t know.? I... got home from paying almost $40 to find all three of my pizzas were not cut. One looked like it was flipped upside down. Anotherhad so many ingredients in the center, the bottom of the ?slices? had melted into the box and couldn?t come up, and had a holein the pizza! I started this review without seeing ir tasting the pizza. First off, the app allows you to only call in an order when but they... have a Pizza Portal that needs some cleaning. I can't do an online order for any item. I can't get the store on the phone sincetheir phone just hangs up on the first ring. The menu inside hasn't worked since who knows when. The customer service is bad, not horrible, but bad when the lady just tosses the pizza on the counter to their customers. I just hope I get my pizzas andcrazy combo without any problems. But, those using Doordash to order seem to have no problem doing online orders as several wentinto the warmer. Read more

Been there twice, both times the pizza isnt what I asked for, or really lacking toppings/extra sauce that I paid for and... breadsticks were overcooked and not fresh. This pizza pictured was supposed to be half pepperoni one one side,, half sausage onthe other side,, with pineapple on all of it. Crazy Bread was the best i requested extra butter and garlic and they did just that. Not many locations will do it even after... saying they will which literally will ruin my meal but this Callaghan location did omg it was so good even the pizza was freshand perfect. Read more
