Waited in the drive thru window for 10 minutes, drove to the front of the store went inside. Waited for 30 minutes to be told... they ran out of my pizza. I put my order online, it said it was in the oven. They could of called and let me know. When I triedcalling the store, they just let it ring. Now I have to wait 3 days just to get my money back on my card. This is the worststore ever. DON'T GO HERE Read more

Today I was working on this side of town my co-workers wanted pizza. It was the worst experience I've had at any of the Little... Caesars from FM 78 to the East side this location today was very rude as soon as I entered the door was not even greeted me andmy partner kept you know hollering just to see if somebody be like I'll be right with you nothing for about 10 minutes and thenthey finally say I'll be there after 10:00 minutes of us trying to get a hold of them then the girl came out wasn't even inuniform was very rude and then after she took her order and there was another guy waiting my partner wanted to sit down as I didtoo because we do labor work well one of the chairs was broken so I decided I would sit on his leg and the girl comes out andshe was very rude and under her breast she tried to comment this is why our chairs are broken they had nothing to do with me soI made a comment back maybe I should have been professional enough to not say anything well she took it above and beyond andkept running her mouth so of course I got mad and I asked for my money back and she kept telling me to excuse myself she wouldgive the money back to my partner I was only rude with the lady because she was rude from the get-go she could have answered mewhen I came into the location she didn't I waited that long then I had to wait longer for them to make the pizza so of course Iwas all upset when I did Bing on the counter it was to get her attention and just let her know her customer service was poorlyand she should have been in uniform she tried to explain that her uniform shirt was underneath her sweater so I tried to explainto her that no name tag no uniform showing was very unprofessional yet she wanted to continue yelling at me trying to kick meout of the store and give my money to my partner I think something should happen to this young lady she doesn't belong in thiskind of business she has no customer service at all and should have never even spoke to me un Read more

Food was hot and delicious. But was out of 2 liter PEPSI and they subbititioed crazy bread instead. Ordered Football meal... special, Pizza, Buffalo wings & 2 Liter beverage. Read more

Placed an order an hour in advance to be ready at set time, does not make until I drive to the drive thru window. Just to be... told that it was never made and I need to wait out front. Horrible location with no sense of awareness towards today'stechnology. What's the point of having an app, an association with today's media, the means and ability to execute, but fail soeasily. It's as if this location picks and chooses what sale or sales to make or not. Called customer support and waited anadditional 20mins to talk to someone. not very much help, as the representative said they needed to contact the district managerto handle a refund. I gave Little Caesars my money, time and patience, to leave empty handed and hungry and still no refund.1h20m I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant and been served, feed, drank refilled, desert, and a good-bye at the door inabout an HR. Book definition of poor management in a bad side of town. There were at least 10 guys in the back. Some in regular clothes.... There was a nice yelling match, arguing session going on as I waited for my order that was 10min behind what online said. Drivethrough didn?t move for 15min. Ceiling in this location is disgusting. There WORSE food and service ever we ordered Parmesan wings , I don?t know what this is at all! Plus we ordered 2 cheese calzone... and they added pepperoni on both for a 2nd time!!! They should shut this place down or replace the Employees! To top it off theydon?t EVER answer there phone!! I don?t think they even have one with all the complaints they be receiving!! Read more

Waited for one pepperoni and one supreme for what seemed like an eternity. And they had our money. I finally called asked the... girl if she forgot about our order. And I think she actually did our Receipt says 9:43 p.m. and the pizzas were brought to ourcar where we were asked to wait at 10:23 now I wouldn't consider that fast food not even medium or slow food with no othercustomers waiting this is on acceptable if you're in the mood to get charged and not it sure food I recommend this location. After We were ready to drive off we call the store and 40 minutes after our order was placed the girl brought out our pizzas!!!40 mins KRAZY And not one apology or reason our order was just forgotten!?
