No more Hot and Ready. All pizzas are now $7 on the app. Even the cheese pizza. They now state that "hot and ready" is just what... they call all their pizzas. They do not have readymade hot and ready any longer. I used to love little Caesars. But the threepizzas I picked up tasted like frozen pizzas. Little Caesars used to have soft, chewy crust with cream colored, melting cheese.These were practically burnt with crispy cheese, the crust was no longer soft and squishy, it was hard and had corn meal on it(did they reuse deep dish pizza crust they couldn't sell?). mobile app double charged me and manager REFUSES to issue a refund. All other locations will issue refunds BUT this store. Save... time and money and go to another store that knows how to run it, instead of being lazy. also found hair in pizza but since itwas a mobile order "No refunds" Read more

This is our go to location in this area, the one on Thousand Oaks has angry and annoyed employees and it's obvious in their... pizza. We've always been treated well and had good pizza at this location on Bulverde. Thanks! Read more

The pizza was fine and about what we expected from Little Caesars. Giving them 2 stars because they up charged us without... letting us know. When questioned after the fact they said that's just how the "hot and ready's" come. Only problem is that thepizzas I received were made at the time of order and not "hot and ready". I frequent this little ceaser more often than others and that is because every time I would buy from here the pizza was... fresh/hot or recently made. However recently the times I?ve gone, either the employees bump the time tags or they forget totoss/rotate the pizzas but I?ve been given pizza that has been in the warmer for far too long. The pizza I?ve gotten recentlylooked and tasted at least a half a day old. I couldn?t even eat two slices and I tossed the rest. Read more
