One pizza was great the other was ok. I think the person working the drive through was new as I had to repeat my order 2x.
Employee started making my pizza after giving me change and did not wash his hands. Looks like mostly teenagers that work here... and don't take pride in their work. I would not eat here ever again. Read more
The pizza at little Caesar?s on fm 78. Is disgusting there was short black and curly hair in my pizza. Don?t know if it from a... beard or what! They really unprofessional all of them work in crocs. They had to take my order 3 times because the person taking the order was either high or extremely distracted. They had me park... in the front because they told me they were dropping a fresh classic Pepperoni pizza. I asked they drop a fresh cheese breadand was told no problem. Times up and the pizza was awesome and fresh the bread was old and stale..... I asked about the freshone they were putting in for my order and was told wait 8min it will come out fresh then 5min- later they hand me old stalecheese bread that they tossed more cheese on and shoved in the oven to make it melt and appear fresh.... I asked for the mangerand the name and he said let me go get them. Came back and said mangers name is Jammie- I have no clue if this was a man orwoman because even as a manager they chose not to come speak to me about this terrible experience and the nasty way his/heremployees were running the place while he/she hide in the back. I would give this place half a ???? if I could. Just because itsfast food doesn't mean you have to lack character and dignity while making the food. Doesn't have to be sloppy or old. Delivery by door dash took 2 hours. This restaurant is 4 miles from my house. Food was cold. Both pizzas we not done as ordered.... I used to order from this place about 5 times a month. Service has gone down the crapper. Both my spouse and I got sick fromthe improperly made pizzas. I will never ever order from here again. Don?t do it. Not worth the pain in the neck. Employees andmanagers of this place are unprofessional at best. They should all be sent back to training if not terminated. Maybe I will makemy complaint to the health dept as well. I was on the phone with the restaurant for 30 min seeking resolution then door dash.With no great results. Read more
